چکیده:
هدف: انتخاب نوع راهبرد مقابله ای تاثیر بسیار مهمی بر چگونگی کنار آمدن با استرس دارد و در این انتخاب، عوامل زیادی از جمله شخصیت دخیل است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه ویژگیهای شخصیتی با راهبردهای مقابله ای در مادران کودکان اوتیسم بود. روش: در این پژوهش که از نوع همبستگی بود، 56 مادر که کودک اتیستیک داشتند از بین مراجعه کنندگان به سه موسسه حمایتی کودکان اتیسم به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به پرسشنامههای ویژگی های شخصیتی NEO و راهبردهای مقابله ای پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: ویژگی شخصیتی روانرنجورخویی با راهبرد مقابله ای فاصله گرفتن و گریز اجتناب رابطه مثبت و معنادار و با ارزیابی مجدد مثبت رابطه منفی معنادار داشت. برونگرایی و با وجدان بودن با گریز اجتناب رابطه منفی معنادار داشتند. برونگرایی و دلپذیر بودن رابطه مثبت معناداری با طلب حمایت اجتماعی و ارزیابی مجدد مثبت داشتند. با وجدان بودن نیز رابطه مثبت و معناداری با حل مسائل برنامه ریزی شده و ارزیابی مجدد مثبت داشت. در تحلیل رگرسیون انجام شده روانرنجورخویی پیشبین معنادار راهبردهای مقابلهای فاصله گرفتن و گریز-اجتناب بود. راهبرد طلب حمایت اجتماعی از طریق دلپذیر بودن و راهبرد ارزیابی مجدد مثبت نیز توسط باوجدانبودن و روانرنجورخویی تبیین شدند. نتیجه گیری: انتخاب نوع راهبرد مقابله ای با ویژگی های شخصیتی رابطه دارد و افراد در معرض استرس بالا مانند والدین دارای کودکان اوتیستیک باید برای اتخاذ کارآمدترین راهبرد مقابلهای متناسب با ویژگیهای شخصیتی خود آموزشهای لازم را دریافت نمایند.
Aim: selection the type of coping strategies have important influence on how to cope with stress. Many factors such as personality involved in this choice. The aim of this study was investigation the relationship between personality traits and the coping strategies in mothers of autism children.
Method: in this study that was correlational، 56 mothers of autism children were selected randomly among the three institutions to support autistic children in Isfahan and completed NEO personality characteristics and coping strategies questionnaires. Data analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficient and step by step regression analysis.
Results: The personality trait of neuroticism had a significant positive correlation with coping strategies escape-avoidance and distancing and negative significant correlation with positive reappraisal. Extraversion and conscientiousness had significant negative relationship with escape-avoidance. The relationship of Extraversion and agreeableness with seeking social support and positive reappraisal was positive and significant. Relationship of conscientiousness with planned problem solving and positive reappraisal was significant too. Regression analysis indicated neuroticism was significant predictor of coping strategies distancing and escape-avoidance. coping strategy of seeking social support was predicted by agreeableness and positive reappraisal was predicted by conscientiousness and neuroticism.
Conclusion: coping strategies selection and personality traits are related and individuals in risk of high stress such as mothers of autism children should be trained to select efficacious coping strategies in proportion to their personality traits.
