چکیده:
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه تأثیر کیفیت طراحی وبسایتهای کتابخانههای عمومی برافزایش رضایت و درنتیجه افزایش تبلیغات کلامی مثبت در استفاده از وبسایت است. روششناسی: روش این پژوهش پیمایشی-تحلیلی است و ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تعداد 382 نفر از بازدیدکنندگان وبسایتهای کتابخانههای عمومی درشهر مشهد بودند که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از تحلیل عاملی و روش «مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری» و نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOSاستفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد؛ کیفیت طراحی وبسایت، بر کیفیت درک شده اطلاعات و سودمندی درک شده به طور مستقیم و بر میزان رضایت و درنتیجه تبلیغات کلامی مثبت از وبسایت، به طور غیر مستقیم اثر دارد. نتیجهگیری: الگوی شناسایی شده در پژوهش، به طوراثربخش، روابط بین کیفیت طراحی وبسایت، سودمندی درک شده، کیفیت اطلاعات درک شده، رضایت الکترونیکی و تبلیغات کلامی را تبیین میکند.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is study the effect designing quality in public libraries Websites، on increasing the satisfaction of users as a result increasing the positive verbal advertising in using website.
Methodology: This research has been done in the 2 section. The first part to identify factors affecting the quality of the content and structural library websites، analyze the content of the research in designing websites in10 recent years. In order to provide a model questionnaire with 25 spectrum in - point Likert، was used. Research community، including 382 members of the public libraries Mashhad. Content analysis and، in the second part of the survey type using factor analysis research methodology. In the first part of the content analysis and، in the second part of the survey type factor analysis and MFQ was used.
Finding: The findings demonstrate، quality web design، perceived quality and perceived usefulness directly on the website satisfaction and positive verbal advertisement therefore، indirectly influence.
Result: The model identified in the research، effectively، the relationship between quality web design، perceived usefulness، perceived data quality، electronic consent and explain verbal propaganda.
