Uncourtly this world is organizations works and human being are responsible for them. So human sources are most valuable of them. Since they formed organizational decisions, solved their problems and realized working quality. So one of most important factors in recent decades is trying for increase employees working quality. So increase human force working quality and organization can approach them to their purposes. So their competition will increase in investment markets and for obtain more benefit behalf organizations and institutions specially education system that play important role in society. Purpose: general purpose of this study is studying human force care system on working quality in educational system in Bandar Lengeh. Method: Descriptive survey method is searching and research statical society include all organizational employees of these organization to 1546 and used by cookran formula and layer random sampling method and so 313 persons randomly studied. This survey tools include care system of Sayagh et al (2012), Adleh Verdi et al (2011), Mehrabian et al (2012), Olmesania working quality questionnaire (2012) and organizational culture. Questionnaire consistency calculated by cronbach method. Data analyzed by descriptive statics like frequency, mean standard deviation, present and deduction static like multi regression analysis, Friedman test and analysts trend. Findings: we show sample in analysis of Friedman test that all of these system aspects have positive and meaningful effects on working quality and every variable can be distinctive share of effect on working quality. Employees believed if their effects be in proper situation can improved their working quality. In this regard, human resources retention system components (sense of organizational justice, satisfy the needs of employees, organizational commitment, content and nature of job satisfaction and job security, identify the goals and expectations, conducive environment and coordinate group, payroll and benefits, management and leadership) as independent variables and the dependent variable of organizational work quality will be studied.
In another study by Kamrannezhad and colleagues (2011) as practical solutions attract and retain human resources in order to enhance the quality of organizational work was done, the results showed that motivational stimuli has long been considered as factors contributing to the increase in labor productivity and trying to force manpower to diligence in every age, is taken into consideration.
The results Vychan and Wang Vanysh (2009) as factors affecting the quality of work from the viewpoint of faculty members of public universities showed that personal characteristics researcher, organizational support and environmental conditions are the most important elements of improving the quality of human resources is working.
