چکیده:
مقاله حاضر به موضوع رهبری معلم پرداخته است و تفسیرهای متفاوت از آن را مورد بررسی قرار داده است.مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی استثناجی می باشد.به این ترتیب که با مطالعه منابع مرتبط با موضوع سعی گردیده است رهبری معلم را در بستر یک نگاه تاریخچه ای با در نظر گرفتن تعریف ها و نقش ها شفاف سازی نماید.در این مطالعه رابطه بین«رهبری معلم»و«رهبری توزیع یافته»نیز تشریح شده و در ادامه رهبری معلم در قالب سه حالت بدعت و هم و خیال و امکان مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است.در این بین مزایایی برای رهبری معلم در کنار موانع پیش روی آن تشریح گردیده و به ایجاد و حمایت از رهبری معلم نیز پرداخته شده است.یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین رهبری معلم و رهبری توزیع یافته در مدرسه رابطه وجود داشته و رهبری در مدرسه می تواند در میان معلمان«توزیع»گردد که این امر می تواند به ایجاد «اجتماع یادگیری حرفه ای»،«مشارکت»و«همکاری»بیشتر در مدرسه منجر گردد و در نهایت اثربخشی معلمان در اجرای برنامه درسی را در پی داشته باشد.این مطالعه نتیجه می گیرد که رهبری معلم امری شدنی است که اقتضاء و امکان برای موفقیت کامل در این نقش بیشتر به وجود شرایط مناسب در مدارس و البته خود معلمان بستگی دارد.
For many years the debate was about the role of the teacher in the implementation of curriculum of the various aspects in educational management issues, supervision and guidance, and emphasized teacher’s role in the teacher guides. However, according to the teacher's role in the "teacher leadership" with a focus on the implementation of the curriculum in the research literature within the subject was ignored and unknown. This study has dealt with analyze the leadership of teachers in the curriculum of the features, advantages and disadvantages of it. The current study was administrated through application of descriptive-analytic method. The findings suggested that there was a relationship between teacher leadership and distributed leadership in school and leadership in the school can be distributed among teachers that the subject be followed effectiveness of teachers in implementing the curriculum. Finally, the study concluded that teacher leadership is possible and requirement and possibilities for complete success in this role depends on more researches, appropriate conditions in schools and their teachers.
