چکیده:
هدف تحقیق: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تصویر بدنی، عزت نفس و نقش جنسیتی در ورزشکاران پرورش اندام مصرف کننده و عدم مصرفکننده مواد آنابولیک بود. روش تحقیق: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه ورزشکاران پرورش اندام شرق تهران در سال 1394 بودندکه بر اساس نمونه گیری خوش های، 150 نفر ورزشکار با میانگین (سنی 8/9±27/2 و سابقه ورزشی 6/5±11)به صورت تصادفی ازباشگاههای ورزشی شرق تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای به کاربرده شده شامل سه پرسشنامه خود توصیف گری بدنی، عزت نفس روزنبرگ، نقش جنسیتی به همراه ضمیمه ای از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک بود که در باشگاه های ورزشی توسط دو گروه از ورزشکاران عادی و مصرف کننده مواد آنابولیک تکمیل گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره توسط نرمافزارSpss 20 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه وتحلیل نشان داد مصرف کنندگان مواد آنابولیک در تصویر بدنی و سه زیر مولفه (ظاهر بدنی، صلاحیت ورزشی و خود پنداره بدنی کلی)به همراه نقش جنسیتی مردانه تفاوت معناداری با گروه دیگر دارند(p<0/05)ولی در متغیر عرت نفس تفاوت معناداری میان مصرف کنندگان مواد آنابولیک و گروه دیگر مشاهده نشد(p<0/123).نتیجه گیری: بنابراین به منظور بهبود و پیشگیری از مصرف مواد آنابولیک توجه به تغییر برداشت ورزشکاران از مولفه های تصور بدنی و همچنین نقش های جنسیتی میتواند امری ضروری باشد.
Purpose: The purpose of the present research was to comparing body image, self-esteem and gender
roles in the bodybuilder anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) users and nonuser at east Tehran. Method:
Samples of 150 athletes (mean age 27± 8/9 and Sport experience 11± 5/5) from the gyms in east Tehran
were randomly selected from the statistical population of all bodybuilding athletes in east Tehran in 2015
by cluster sampling method. The instruments used in this study were: The physical self-description
questionnaire (PSQD), Rosenberg self-esteem scale (SES), Bem sex role inventory (BSRI) and
Demographical questioners that completed by two group of (AAS) user and non-user athletes at gym. To
analyze the data Descriptive statistics and, multi-variable analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used in
Spss 20. Result: The results indicate that there is a significant difference between AAS user and non-user
athletes in body image and its three subscales (athletic qualification, physical appearance, total body selfconcept)
and male gender role (p<0.05); but, there was not any significant difference in self-esteem
between two group.Conclusion: According to attending to change the athlete’s conception of body image
factors and also gender roles, in order to prevent from using (AAS) seems to be essential.
