چکیده:
در مقاله حاضر سعی شده است تا ضمن تعریف مفهوم بانک توسعه اجتماعی وتفاوت آن با بانک های تجاری مرسوم بر اساس موسسه جهانی آموزش بانکداری اجتماعی وصاحب نظران این حوزه،الزامات وپیش نیازهای عملیاتی شدن این مدل کسب وکار بانکی را با رویکرد تفسیر گرایی وبا استفاده از نظریات ماکس وبر، جورج زیمل وآمارتیاسن تبیین گردد. بر اساس نظریه وبر،عقل سرمایه داری به همراه روحیه اخلاق مدارانه می تواند موجبات رشد وشکوفایی را به همراه داشته باشد.همچنین با توجه به نظریه زیمل می توان دریافت که پول بر تمامی روابط اجتماعی تاثیر گذار می باشد وآزادی بشریت را با همین پدیده می توان تعیین نمود.سپس با روش پژوهش اسنادی آمار و اطلاعات معتبر شبکه بانکی بر اساس داده های وزارت امور اقتصاد ودارایی وهمچنین بانک مرکزی در سال های 1393و1394، عملکرد بانک های کشورمورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته که نتایج آن عدم ساختارمندی،فقدان شفافیت لازم، نبود معیار مناسب درتامین سپرده های بانکی وهمچنین عدم توزیع متوازن وتخصیص منایع تسهیلاتی را نشان می دهد.در پایان به منظور دستیابی به یک بانک توسعه اجتماعی، انواع مدل رایج در سطح جهانی که متناسب با ساختار اقتصادی کشور باشد ، ارائه ومعرفی شده است.

Then, through the research methodology, the statistics and valid data of the network are based on data from the Ministry of Economy And assets as well as the central bank in 1393 and 1394, the performance of the banks of the country has been evaluated, which results in the lack of consistency, lack of transparency, lack of suitable criteria for bank deposits and also lack of balanced distribution. As a result, in order to achieve a social development community, a variety of commonly used models that are tailored to the economic structure of the country are presented and used.
