چکیده:
مقدمه: در این مقاله از منظری جامعه شناختی به بررسی تاثیر قدرت سیاسی بر شهرنشینی و شهرسازی در عصر پهلوی اول پرداخته شده است. رضاشاه با تحولاتی که در نظام آموزشی، اداری، مالی و نظامی و.. ایجاد کرد، شکل و محتوای جامعه و روابط اجتماعی را دگرگون ساخت. شروع تحولات شهرسازی و شهر نشینی به مفهوم جدید آن نیز تا حد زیادی مربوط به این روزگار است.
روش پژوهش: با استفاده از روش تاریخی و تکنیک اسنادی به عنوان رویکردی غالب به این موضوع پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش مهمترین منابعی که مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است؛ کتابها، مقالات و مجلاتی هستند که به بررسی مقوله قدرت و قدرت سیاسی در عصر پهلوی اول پرداختهاند و از آنجا کهقدرت سیاسی در این مقاله دولت مطلقه در نظر گرفته شده؛ بر این اساس دولت شامل مدیران (نخبگان اداری)، ارتش، سیستم اداری و بووکراسی و دستگاه قضایی میباشد. همچنین از مقالات و کتابهایی که در ارتباط با شهرسازی و شهرنشینی و کلا تاریخ سیاسی و اجتماعی دوره پهلوی اول میباشد بهره گرفته شده است.
یافتهها: ساختار قدرت سیاسی ایران در دوره پهلوی اول با زیرساختهایی چون دولت مطلقه و نهادهای سیاسی رابطه تنگاتنگی دارد زیرا نظام سیاسی این دوره به اتکای سلطه مطلقه خود، عالیترین قدرت را در جامعه اعمال میکرد و تصمیماتش برای هم خرده نظامها الزامی بود. از سوی دیگر، بسیج منابع برای نیل به اهدافی که حاکمیت داشت توسط نهادهای سیاسی آن هدایت میشد. استقرار حکومت رضاخان سرآغاز عصری جدید در تاریخ شهرنشینی و شهرسازی ایران است.
نتیجهگیری: دولت مطلقه همواره سعی داشت در عرصه مدیریت شهری قدرت خود را به نحوی در فضا متجلی سازد. این قدرت نمایی به صورتهای گوناگون از جمله در قالب قصرها و کاخهای باشکوه، معابد عظیم، قلعههای حصین، راهوارها و مرکوبهای فاخر، متجلی شده است. در این دوره بیست ساله برای تجلی کالبدی به عناصر خاصی توجه شده است که مهمترین آنها عبارت بودند از کاخها، مجسمهها، پادگانها و همچنین اسامی شهرها، خیابانها و میادین.
