چکیده:
محافظه کاری واکنش محتاطانه حسابداران نسبت به شرایط نامطمئن و نامشخص، از جهت ارائه اطلاعات قابل اتکا و به موقع و همچنین واکنش نسبت به مسئولیت پاسخگویی قانونی و محیطی آن هاست. محافظه کاری علاوه بر تاثیر بر گزارشگری مالی بر تصمیمات داخلی مدیران نیز تاثیر گذار است لذا مدیریت وجوه نقد به عنوان یکی از تصمیمات داخلی مدیران میتواند تحت تاثیر ویژگی محافظه کارانه حسابداران قرار گیرد. بر این اساس، این پژوهش در صدد است تا به بررسی تاثیر محافظه کاری بر انعطاف پذیری مالی در مدیریت وجوه نقد 86 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طی دوره 84-87 به روش مقطعی و تحلیل ترکیبی بپردازد.
یافتهها نشان میدهد که ارتباط معکوسی بین محافظه کاری شرکت وانعطاف پذیری مالی در مدیریت وجوه نقد شامل وجه نقد دوره و حساسیت تغییرات وجه نقد به جریانهای نقدی آزاد دوره وجود دارد. این یافتهها میتواند علاوه بر بیان اهمیت نقش محافظه کاری در حوزه حسابداری مالی، به تاثیر آن بر تصمیمات داخلی مدیران اشاره کند و موجب شناخت بیشتر مدیران نسبت به اهمیت و نقش مفهوم محافظه کاری و تاثیر آن در انعطاف پذیری مالی شود.
Conservatism exists in response to economic demand for verifiable and timely information that mitigates agency problems in contracting, and in response to changes in the regulatory and litigation environments. Conservatism effects on financial reporting, it shapes firms’ internal financial decisions too. Therefor, cash management is one of the managements 'internal decisions that it can be affected by trait of conservative of encounters. So we examine the impact of conservatism in flexibility in cash management of 86 firms of listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during 1384-1387 with cross sectional and panel analyze. The findings exhibit negative relationship between conservatism and flexibility in cash management inclusive cash and propensity to save cash from free cash flows. This finding can explain importance of role of conservatism in extent of financial accounting and it can refer to impact of conservatism on managements’ internal decisions too and it recognizes management with importance and role of conservatism in financial flexibility.
