The aim of the present study is to see the relationship between Y test results with sole pressure distribution system in estimating dynamic balance of people different Arch height of the foot. 80 qualified people in the form of those with natural soles (28), increased internal and longitudinal arch (25), and decreased internal and longitudinal arch (27) were selected as subjects of the study. in order to distinguish foot form from Navicular drop test and to estimate dynamic balance, Y balance test and pressure distribution system were used, simultaneously. Data was analyzed statistically after descriptive study by means of Pearson correlation coefficient test at p≤0/05. Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Y test results with pressure distribution system in estimating dynamic balance of people with different Arch height of the foot ( p=0/002), r=0/337), and in people with pronation (p=0/493, r=0/138), supination (p=0/218, r= 0/255) and natural sole (p=0/06, r=0/349) there is no positive and significant relationship. Therefore using Y test for estimating dynamic balance in people different Arch height of the foot is not accurate enough and it is suggested for studies whose aim is estimating dynamic balance other tests with high sensitivity be used.
