چکیده:
زمینه: این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر آموزش گروهی فعالسازی رفتاری و آموزش گروهی مدیریت خشم با رویکردشناختی- رفتاری بر بحران هویت بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد.
مواد و روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از بین جامعه آماری که کلیه بیماران زن مبتلا به ام اس عضو انجمن ام اس شهر کرج بودند 45 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه 15 نفره تقسیم شدند .گروه آزمایش یک، تحت آموزش گروهی فعالسازی رفتاری در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و گروه آزمایش دو، تحت آموزش مدیریت خشم در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بحران هویت رجانی، بیاضی و حبیبی پور (۱۳۸۷) بود.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که آموزش گروهی فعالسازی رفتاری و آموزش گروهی مدیریت خشم با رویکردشناختی- رفتاری منجر به کاهش بحران هویت بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس شده است(p).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اثربخشی آموزشهای انجام شده میتوان گفت آموزش این مهارتها به بیماران اماس در کاهش بسیاری از مشکلات آنها می تواند، موثر باشد و استفاده از آنها در ارتقاء سطح سلامت و ایجاد نگرش مثبت در زندگی بیماران ضروری میباشد.
Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of behavioral activation group training and cognitive-behavioral anger management group training on the identity crisis of patients with multiple sclerosis.
Materials and Methods: method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. Statistical population was female patients with MS were members of Karaj MS association, 45 were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into three groups of 15 each. Behavioral training was performed in 10 sessions of 90 minutes and experimental group 2 received anger management training in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group received no intervention. The research tools were Rajaei, Biyazi and Habibipour(1387) Identity Crisis Questionnaire.
Results: The results of covariance analysis showed that group training of behavioral activation and group training of anger management with cognitive-behavioral approach resulted in reduction of identity crisis in MS patients (p
Conclusion: According to the effectiveness of these trainings, it can be said that teaching these skills to EMAS patients can be effective in reducing many of their problems and their use in promoting health and creating a positive attitude. It is essential in the lives of patients.
