چکیده:
اهداف: اعتماد اجتماعی، نقش موثری در بروز رفتارهای مشارکتی و کاهش تعارضات و هزینه انجام کارها دارد و اثربخشی عملکرد سازمانها را افزایش میدهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اعتماد جامعه ایثارگری کشور به سازمانهای عمومی با الگو قراردادن پیمایش ارزشها و نگرشهای ایرانیان در سال 1395 بود.
ابزار و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی، از اردیبهشت تا آذر سال 1395 در بین جامعه ایثارگری در قالب 5 گروه فرزندان شهدا، فرزندان جانبازان، همسران شهدا، همسران جانبازان و جانبازان به تعداد 11960 نفر از سراسر کشور انجام شد که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه اعتماد سازمانی جمعآوری شد. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS 21 و توسط آزمونهای T مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره یا معادلهای ناپارامتری آنها (منویتنی و کروسکالوالیس) تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: در میان گروههای جامعه ایثارگری، فرزندان جانبازان بیشترین اعتماد و جانبازان کمترین اعتماد را به سازمانهای مختلف نشان دادند. بیشترین اعتماد به پایگاههای بسیج (60.0%) و بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران (56.9%) و کمترین سطح اعتماد به شهرداریها (21.1%) به دست آمد. جامعه ایثارگری در استان آذربایجان غربی و هرمزگان بیشترین اعتماد و در استانهای تهران بزرگ و اصفهان کمترین اعتماد را نسبت به سازمانها نشان داد.
نتیجهگیری: اعتماد سازمانی در تمام کشور در سطح متوسط ارزیابی میشود. در جامعه ایثارگری، بیشترین اعتماد به پایگاههای بسیج و بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و کمترین اعتماد به شهرداریها است. از گروههای مختلف این جامعه، جانبازان و فرزندان شهدا کمترین سطح اعتماد و فرزندان جانبازان بیشترین اعتماد را به سازمانهای بزرگ کشوری دارند.
Aims: Social trust has an effective role in developing participatory behaviors and reducing conflict and cost of doing things and increasing the effectiveness of organizations' performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the trustworthiness of the veterans’ society towards institutions and public organizations by mapping the values and attitudes of Iranians in 2016.
Instruments & Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted from April to November of 2016 in the veterans’ society among 5 groups including martyrs’ children, veterans’ children, martyrs' wives, veterans’ wives, and veterans (11960 people) from across the country, who were selected by random sampling. The data were collected, using organizational trust questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software and independent t-test, multivariate analysis of variance, or nonparametric equivalents (Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis).
Findings: Among veteran society groups, veterans' children had the most organizational trust and veterans had the least trust in different organizations. The greatest trust in the veterans’ society was related to the Basij bases (60%) and the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs (56.9%), and the lowest level of trust in municipalities (21.1%). The veterans’ society showed the highest organizational trust in West Azarbaijan province and Hormozgan and showed the least organizational trust in the Tehran and Isfahan provinces.
Conclusion: Organizational trust is assessed all over the country at an intermediate level. In the veterans’ society, the highest trust is related to Basij bases and Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and the least trust is for the municipalities. Among the various groups of this society, veterans and martyrs’ children have the lowest level of trust and veterans’ children have the greatest trust in the great organizations of the country.
