چکیده:
امروزه حکمرانی مطلوب، در گرو تکمیل هر چه بهتر فرآیند دولت ملت سازی است. مسالهای که به عنوان چالشی جدی در مسیر بقاء و ماندگاری رژیم صهیونیستی قرار گرفته است. این رژیم مبنای وجودی خود را بر هویتی خاص و پیچیده بنا نموده که در نگاه اول، این هویت خاص میتواند نقطه قوتی برای بقا و تشکیل یک جامعه محسوب شود؛ اما ویژگیهای خاص این هویت بر مبنای نژاد و عدم کثرت جمعیتی آن، برای این رژیم چالشهایی را بوجود اورده است. از سوی دیگر، چندپارگی هسته اصلی شهروندان این رژیم که عمدتا از خارج از مرزهای فلسطین اشغالی به این سرزمین مهاجرت کردهاند، نیز به عنوان چالشی جدی بر سر راه ملت سازی قرار دارد. دولت ملت سازی در اسرائیل با آسیبهای متعدد در حوزههای سیاسی، امنیتی و اقتصادی نیز روبروست. در این پژوهش و به مقتضای موضوع، از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی استفاده شده است. همچنین ضمن مطالعه فرآیند دولت ملت سازی در اسرائیل و با نگاهی به بافت جمعیتی و هویت جامعه فلسطینیان و یهودیان صهیونیست (شهروندان اسرائیلی) به عنوان جدیترین چالش، به بررسی ناکامیهای این رژیم در تکمیل فرآیند دولت - ملت سازی که ادامه حیات و بقاء او را زیر سوال برده است، میپردازیم.
Completing the nation-building process for survival is one of the challenges that the Zionist regime has always faced. This regime has based its existence on a specific and complex identity that, at first glance, can be a strong point for the survival and formation of a society, but the specific characteristics of this identity based on race and population inequality, for This has posed some challenges. The Zionist regime based on Jewish identity and Jewish (Israeli) ethnicity has tried to create a promised government by attracting Jews to the occupied territories, but over the years, the Zionist Jewish identity has faced many problems. In addition, the growing social divide has increased the challenge of forming a united society due to the dispersion of ethnicity and occupation of the inhabitants of the occupied territories. This paper will use a descriptive-analytic approach to the subject as well as studying the state-nation-building process in Israel and looking at the demographic context and identity of the Palestinian and Zionist Jews (Israeli citizens) to examine the challenges of this regime. We complete the state-nation-building process.
