The subject of the present research is moral growth factors and its purpose is to investigate the factors influencing moral growth based on Quranic teachings. This research is done by library-attribute method and content analysis, descriptive and inferential. The Qur'anic ethic base is God, the source and source of all objective and infinite virtues and perfection, and moral growth means sacrifice and divinity in the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional dimension through the acquisition of rabbi's and divine attributes which are exemplified in God's attributes and actions. There are also the attributes and actions that God has found desirable to man. Human beings have a special capacity for communion and divinity in their special nature and creation, and many factors contribute to the growth and development of this talent. Factors affecting moral development from the Qur'an's perspective are two types: epistemic factors, non-epistemic factors. Intrinsic cognition of virtues and vices (non-acquired epistemic factor), attention and thinking (awakening) and faith are the acquired epistemic factors of moral growth and inheritance, nutrition, environmental factors, occult principles, will and authority and good practice are non-epistemic factors of moral development. . The role of will in ethical behaviors emerges during the stages of conscious behavior formation, namely attention, perception, emotion and motivation, and can be actively engaged by limiting and controlling the impact of environmental and environmental factors.
