چکیده:
در میان مفاهیم جدیدی که در اوایل قرن بیستم در حوزهی تعلیم و تربیت مطرح شده بودند، مفهوم «دو طرفه بودن» (Gegenseitigkeit) فرایند آموزش چالشهای بسیاری را به همراه داشته است؛ بسیاری از مربیان با انتقاد از این مفهوم، اظهار داشتند که معلم باید به تنهایی فرایند آموزش را رهبری کند و شاگردان نمیتوانند و نباید نقشی در این فرایند ایفا کنند. بوبر ضمن اشاره به این مطلب که به منظور حفظ رابطهی آموزشی، باید فاصلهی امنی بین معلم و شاگرد وجود داشته باشد، آموزهی «تعلیم و تربیت مبتنی بر دیالوگ» را مطرح میکند؛ به عبارت دقیقتر، وی نسبت آموزشی را نوعی« رابطهی من ـ تو یک طرفه» می خواند. حال پرسش اینجاست که با توجه به این که بوبر «رابطهی من- تو» را یک رابطه دو طرفه میداند، چگونه میتواند از رابطهی میان معلم و شاگرد تعبیر به «رابطهی من ـ تو» کند و در عین حال از یک طرفه بودن آن سخن بگوید؟

Buber pointed out that there must be a safe distance between teacher and student to maintain the educational relationship; meanwhile, introduced the doctrine of “Education based on Dialogue”. In other words, he calls the educational relationship as a kind of “I – Thou relationship”. Now the question is that while Buber knows the “I – Thou relationship” as a mutualrelationship, how can he interpret the relationship between teacher and student as a “I – Thou relationship” and at the same time he says it is one-sided inclusive.
