چکیده:
چکیده ممصرف مواد مخدر به عنوان معضلی اجتماعی بسیاری از کشورها را درگیر نموده و علیرغم عوارض مصرفش، هر روز بر شمار قربانیان آن افزوده میشود. اعتیاد به انواع مواد مخدر معلول عوامل متعدد روانشناختی، جامعه شناختی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی است. به گونهای که واکاوی و شناخت این پدیده نیازمند مطالعات چندرویکردی است و در این مجال با رویکرد جامعه شناختی موضوع اعتیاد مطالعه شده است. اعتیاد مردان متاهل به عنوان همسر و پدر خانواده، کارکردهای خانواده را به عنوان گروه نخستین و تاثیر گذار در جامعه پذیری فرزندان مختل میکند؛ آنچنان که گاهی خانوادههای بدسرپرست به عنوان الگوی ناکارآمد، آینده ی فرزندان را به خطر میاندازند. در این نوشتار با توجه به اهمیت موضوع اعتیاد و نهاد خانواده و نقش بیبدیل زوج در کانون خانواده، تلاش گردید در یک مطالعه کیفی و بر پایه نظریه مبنایی و بااستفاده از مدل پارادایمی اشتراوس و کوربین،، اعتیاد مردان متاهل به عنوان همسر و پدر خانواده مورد واکاوی قرار گیرد. روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بوده. پرسش از عوامل اعتیاد و علل گرایش به مصرف مواد مخدر، پیامدها و تبعات اعتیاد و راهبردهای مواجهه آنها با اعتیاد به عنوان سوالات محوری تحقیق بودند. تحلیل داد هها و مدل پارادایمی ساخته شده حاکی از آن است که مهمترین شرایط علی اعتیاد، خانواده ناسالم، حلقه دوستان و زیست مکان مصرف بوده است و فراموشی خانواده، پدرانگی گمشده، داغ ننگ (استیگمای) خانواده، ناامن سازی خانواده و ازهم گسیختگی خانواده به عنوان مقولات پیامدی اعتیاد مردان متاهل بدست آمده است.
Abstract Drug use is a social problem in many countries, and its complications increase every day. The increase in the incidence of illicit drugs is due to numerous psychological, sociological, economic and cultural factors. Examining and understanding this phenomenon requires several approaches to study. On the other hand, the role of social institutions, including the family, as an addiction agent on one hand and as an institution affected by the adverse consequences of addiction, is very important on this point. For this purpose, with purposeful sampling and in-depth interview with 26 addicts with long history of addiction, this issue was studied.
