چکیده:
اهداف: سبک زندگی و کیفیت زندگی متغیرهایی بسیار مهم برای زندگی سالم و بانشاط محسوب میشوند. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر رویاپرورانی تحلیلی و تصویرسازی تحلیلی سفرهای روانشناختی مبتنی بر حل مساله مرگ بر کیفیت زندگی و سبک زندگی دانشجویان بود.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح سهگروهی با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در سال ۱۳۹۵ در بین ۴۵ نفر از دانشجویان مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه رویاپرورانی و تصویرسازی تحلیلی و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه ۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه رویاپرورانی تحلیلی و گروه تصویرسازی تحلیلی سفرهای روانشناختی به ترتیب طی ۱۳ و ۱۲ جلسه دوساعتی تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای کیفیت زندگی و سبک زندگی را در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری (سه ماه پس از اتمام درمان) پاسخ دادند. دادهها توسط نرمافزار SPSS ۱۶ و از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: در متغیر سبک زندگی، در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری گروه رویاپرورانی تحلیلی و تصویرسازی تحلیلی سفرهای روانشناختی نسبت به گروه کنترل دارای تفاوت معنیدار بودند، اما در متغیر کیفیت زندگی، فقط در مرحله پیگیری گروه رویاپرورانی با گروه کنترل و گروه تصویرسازی تحلیلی تفاوت معنیدار داشتند (۰/۰۱>p).
نتیجهگیری: رویاپرورانی تحلیلی همراه با تصویرسازی تحلیلی سفرهای روانشناختی دو درمان مفید و موثر برای ارتقای سبک زندگی دانشجویان و فقط رویاپرورانی تحلیلی درمانی موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان هستند.
Aims: Lifestyle and quality of life are important variables for a healthy and happy life. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of analytic dream incubation and analytical imaging of psychological trips on the issue of death on lifestyle and quality of life among university students.
Materials & Methods: This semi-experimental research with three groups design of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up was carried out between 45 students who referred to the consultation and guidance center of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad, Iran in 2016. The subjects were selected using the purposive sampling method and randomly assigned into two groups of dream incubation and analytic imaging, and one control group (N=15). The dream incubation and analytic imaging groups were treated for 13 and 12 two-hour sessions, respectively. The participants answered to the quality of life and lifestyle questionnaires in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up (three months after treatment). The data were analyzed using SPSS 16 software through analysis of variance with repeated measures and Bonferroni post-hoc test.
Findings: In the lifestyle variable, a significant difference was observed between the two groups of analytical dream incubation and the analytical imaging of psychological journeys in the post-test and follow-up stages, but in the quality of life variable only in the follow-up stage, dream incubation group had significant difference with analytical imaging and control groups (p
Conclusion: Analytic dream incubation with analytical imaging of psychological journeys are two useful and effective therapies to enhance studentschr('39') lifestyle and only the analytical dream incubation therapy is effective in improving the studentschr('39') quality of life.
