چکیده:
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خودشفابخشی بر افسردگی، شدت درد ادراکشده و اضطراب مرتبط با درد در بیماران مبتلا به سردرد مزمن در سال 1398 انجام شد. روش: پژوهش نیمهتجربی حاضر با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دوماهه با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا شد. تعداد 60 نفر از مراجعهکنندگان به یکی از بیمارستانهای شهر اصفهان با سابقه شکایت سردرد مزمن از طریق نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفری جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش؛ پرسشنامههای افسردگی زونک (1965)، درد مکگیل (1997) و اضطراب درد مککراکن (1967) بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل آماری اندازهگیری مکرر تجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش خودشفابخشی در بهبود افسردگی، کاهش شدت درد ادراکشده و کاهش اضطراب مرتبط با درد شرکتکنندگان در آموزش خودشفابخشی در پسآزمون و پیگیری تاثیر معناداری داشته است (001/0>p). نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد آموزش خودشفابخشی با کاهش استرس فیزیولوژیک از طریق درمان خاطرات سلولی مخرب، اصلاح سبک زندگی و آموزش تکنیکهای آرامسازی، موجب کاهش سردرد افراد مبتلا شده است؛ بنابراین میتوان از این روش بهعنوان یک رویکرد جدید با اثرات نسبتا پایدار برای کاهش سردردهای مزمن در مراکز درمانی و خدمات روانشناختی استفاده نمود.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness training of self-healing on depression, pain perception severity and pain-related anxiety in chronic headache patients. Method: The present semi experimental study design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with experimental and control groups. Sixty clients with complaints of chronic headeche referred to one of Isfahan city Hospitals were selected through available sampling and randomly divided in two groups (n= 30). The research tools were included of the Zonc depression (1965), McGill pain (1997) and McCracken pain anxiety (1967). Findings: The results showed that training of self-healing has significant effects on improvement of depression, decrease of pain perception and pain-related anxiety experimental group in the posttest and follow-up (PConclusion: Self-healing training has been shown to reduce headaches by reducing physiological stress by treating destructive cellular memories, modifying lifestyles, and teaching relaxation techniques. Therefore, this method can be used as a new approach with relatively stable effects to reduce chronic headaches in medical centers and psychological services.
