چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه بیش فعالی یک اختلال عصبی رشدی است که با نشانه های کاهش توجه، افزایش تکانشکری و بیش فعالی همراه است. ورزش به عنوان یک درمان کمکی ایمن و کم هزینه برای کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی پیشنهاد شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش کارکرد اجرایی مبتنی بر فعالیت حرکتی بر حافطه کاری و توجه پایدار این کودکان بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی کودکان 9 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل داد. آزمودنی های این پژوهش 20 کودک بودند که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه 10 نفره کنترل و تجربی گماشته شدند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر آزمون بهره هوشی وکسلر کودکان، پرسشنامه کانرز والدین، آزمون حافظه کاری و آزمون عملکرد پیوسته بود. برنامه آموزش کارکرد اجرایی مبتنی بر فعالیت حرکتی طی 12هفته متوالی و دو بار در هفته به مدت 70 دقیقه در سالن ورزشی برگزار شد. جهت آزمون فرضیه پژوهش از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم افزار spss23 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از پیشرفت معنادار در حافظه کاری و توجه پایدار کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی به دنبال 12 هفته تمرینات کارکردهای اجرایی بود (001/0p≤ ). نتیجه گیری: آموزش کارکرد اجرایی مبتنی بر فعالیت حرکتی بر حافطه کاری و توجه پایدار کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی تاثیر مثبتی دارد.
Abstract
Introduction: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is accompanied by symptoms of attention deficit, impulsivity and hyperactivity. Exercise has been suggested as a safe and low-cost adjunctive treatment for children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of motor activity-based executive function training on working memory and sustained attention in these children. Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design. The statistical population of this study was all children aged 9-12 years old with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder in Kermanshah city. Subjects in this study were 20 children who were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly assigned into two control and experimental groups. The tools of the present study were Wechsler Intelligence Test for Children, Conners Parent Questionnaire, Working Memory and Continuous Performance. Exercise-based executive performance training program was conducted in the gym for 12 consecutive weeks and twice a week for 70 minutes. To test the research hypothesis, Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to test the research hypothesis in SPSS software. Results: Findings indicated that a significant improvement in working memory and sustained attention in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder after 12 weeks of executive function exercises (p≤0.001). Conclusion: Motor Activity-Based Executive Function Training have a positive effect on working memory and sustained attention of Children with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder.
