چکیده:
پیشزمینه و هدف: کیفیت خواب نامناسب میتواند منجر به اختلال در عملکرد روزانه شود. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر مقایسه کیفیت خواب و کیفیت زندگی افراد عادی با بیماران مصرفکننده داروهای خوابآور بوده است.
مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی پسرویدادی با طرح علی- مقایسهای بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی بیماران مصرفکننده داروهای خوابآور بودند که تعداد 274 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای از شهرهای ساری، نور و چالوس انتخاب شدند. تعداد 274 نفر از افراد عادی در سطح شهرهای مذکور نیز پس از همتاسازی متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی با گروه بیمار با روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری اطلاعات نیز از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب بویس و کیفیت زندگی ویر و شربون استفاده شد. دادهها با روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که بین افراد عادی و بیماران مصرفکننده داروهای خوابآور از لحاظ کیفیت خواب (0/01P) و کیفیت زندگی (0/01P) تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. این تفاوت در کلیههای زیر مقیاسهای کیفیت خواب و کیفیت زندگی نیز وجود داشته است.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: مطابق با نتایج این مطالعه بیماران مصرفکننده داروهای خوابآور در قیاس با افراد عادی از کیفیت خواب و کیفیت زندگی پایینتری برخوردار بودند. مطابق با این نتایج استفاده دارو درمانی در ترکیب با درمانهای روانشناختی در درمان اختلالات خواب پیشنهاد میگردد.
Background & Aims:
Poor sleep quality may result in disturbed daily functioning. The aim of this study was to compare of sleep quality and quality of life between patients using soporific drugs and normal individuals.
Materials & Methods:
This study was a descriptive ex-post facto one with causal comparative design. The statistical population of the present study was all patients taking hypnotic drugs that 274 patients were selected by a random stratified sampling method from Sari, Noor and Chaloos. As well as, 274 normal individuals from the above mentioned cities were selected by convenient sampling method after matching with the first group on demographic variables. The data collected using quality of sleep and quality of life questionnaires. The results analyzed with Multivariate Analysischr('39')s of Variance (MANOVA).
Results:
The results of MANOVA indicated that there is a significant difference between ordinary people and those taking hypnotic drugs in quality of sleep (P.
Conclusion:
According to the results of this study, patients with using soporfic drugs compared with normal individuals had a lower quality of sleep and quality of life. Consistent with this results, drug therapy in combination with psychological treatment is recommended in the treatment of sleep disorders.
