چکیده:
به دلیل روند رو به رشد جمعیت سالمندان، بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی آنها از جمله انگیزش شرکت در فعالیت بدنی و افسردگی ضروری است. درنتیجه، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین مهارتهای حرکتی به روش نقطه چالش بر انگیزش شرکت در فعالیت بدنی و افسردگی مردان سالمند شهر همدان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 28 سالمند (71/09 =میانگین، 4/72=انحراف معیار) به روش در دسترس از بین سالمندان شهر همدان بر اساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 14 نفره آزمایش و کنترل جایدهی شدند. ابزار مطالعه عبارت از پرسشنامههای انگیزش شرکت در فعالیت بدنی سالمندان بنام، بادامی و مشکلاتی و افسردگی بک بود. مداخله تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه یک ساعته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد هر دو متغیر گروه آزمایش شامل انگیزش شرکت در فعالیت بدنی و افسردگی در پسآزمون نسبت به پیشآزمون پیشرفت معناداری داشته است (0/01>p). با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که فعالیت بدنی به صورت چالشی به واسطه تشویق فرد برای پیشرفت در تمرین و از بین بردن سختی تمرین متناسب با سطح مهارت بدنی و آمادگی روانی میتواند انگیزش فرد را برای فعالیت بدنی افزایش دهد و از این طریق از افسردگی فرد جلوگیری کند.
Due to the developing trend of the elderly population, improving their psychological characteristics including Participation Motivation in Physical activity and depression is essential. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of motor skills training with a challenge point method on Participation Motivation in Physical activity and depression in elderly men at Hamadan. The present study was a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with the control group. 28 elderly (mean = 71.09, standard deviation = 4.72) among the elderly in the city of Hamedan with an available method and based on inclusion criteria were selected and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 14. The measurement tools were the Benam, Badami and Moshkelati's Participation Motivation in Physical activity questionnaire of the elderly, and Beck depression questionnaire. Exercise intervention for eight weeks and three sessions per week of one hour in per session for the experimental group done. Data were analyzed using a one-way analysis of covariance in SPSS-22 software. The results showed that both variables of the experimental group including participation in physical activity and depression in post-test had significant improvement compared to the pre-test (P <0.01). According to the results of the present study, it can be concluded that physical activity as a challenge by encouraging one to progress in practice and eliminating the difficulty of training appropriate to the level of physical skill and mental fitness can increase one's motivation for physical activity and thus avoid depression.
