چکیده:
توجه و تمرکز بر متغیرهای پیشبین احساس تنهایی در سالمندان مقدم های برای درمان موفقیت آمیز احساس تنهایی و کاهش پیامدها و عوارض جدی آن است. در این راستا هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش بهزیستی ذهنی، سرمایه روانشناختی و هوش معنوی در پیشبینی احساس تنهایی سالمندان بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه شهروندان سالمند بالای 65 سال شهر دزفول و حجم نمونه 368 نفر انتخاب شد. روش نمونهگیری خوشهای بود که دادهها از 6 محله منتخب در شهر دزفول در سال 1397 جمعآوری شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه های احساس تنهایی راسل، بهزیستی ذهنی کیس و ماگیارمو، سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و هوش معنوی عبدالله زاده و همکاران بود. دادهها با روش همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه گام به گام با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 19 تحلیل شدند. نتایج روشهای آماری، همبستگی های منفی و معناداری بین بهزیستی ذهنی، سرمایه روانشناختی و هوش معنوی با احساس تنهایی در سالمندان نشان داد (0/01≤p). نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که 54 درصد از واریانس احساس تنهایی از طریق متغیرهای پژوهش قابل تبیین است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده میتوان گفت، هر چه سالمندان از بهزیستی ذهنی، سرمایه روانشناختی و هوش معنوی بیشتری بهرهمند باشند، احساس تنهایی کمتری دارند.این یافته ها حاوی کاربردهای درمانی مهمی در خصوص اهمیت این متغیرها در کاهش احساس تنهایی سالمندان میباشد.
Attention and focus on variables that predict loneliness in the elderly are an introduction to the successful treatment of loneliness and reduction of its consequences and serious problems resulted. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to examine the role of mental well-being, psychological capital, and spiritual intelligence in predicting the sense of loneliness of the elderly. It was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all elderly citizens over 65 years old living in Dezful, Iran; a multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select 368 samples from 6 chosen neighborhoods in Dezful. Required data were collected using Russell's loneliness questionnaire, Case and Maghremo's mental well-being questionnaire, Luthan's psychological capital questionnaire, and Abdullah Zadeh et al.'s spiritual intelligence survey. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation method and multiple stepwise regression analysis using SPSS-21 software version 19. The results of statistical methods showed significant negative correlations between mental well-being, psychological capital and spiritual intelligence with loneliness in the elderly (P≤0.01). Multiple regression results showed that 54% of the variance of loneliness could be predicted by research variables. According to the results, it could be said that the elderly may feel less lonely if they experience higher levels of subjective well-being, psychological capital, and spiritual intelligence. These findings contain important therapeutic applications regarding the importance of these variables in reducing the sense of loneliness of the elderly.
