چکیده:
زمینه: وقوع تغییرات چشمگیر جسمی- روانی- اجتماعی در نوجوانی می تواند رضایت از زندگی و خودکارآمد پنداری در نوجوانان را تحت الشعاع قرار دهد. بنابراین، امکانات محیطی و برنامه های تحولی برای سازش یافتگی نوجوانان ضرورت دارد. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامۀ تحول مثبت نوجوانی بر رضایت از زندگی و خودکارآمد پنداری نوجوانان انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ آزمایشی به شیوۀ پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. بدین منظور، از بین دانش آموزان دختر مشغول به تحصیل در پایۀ نهم دبیرستانهای دورۀ اول متوسطۀ شهر اراک در سال تحصیلی 97-1396، چهل و هشت دانش آموز دختر به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(23 نفر) و گواه (25 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامۀ آموزشی تحول مثبت نوجوانی طی 24 جلسۀ یک ساعته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. هر دو گروه مقیاس رضایت از زندگی (داینر و همکاران، 1985) و مقیاس خودکارآمد پنداری عمومی (شرر و همکاران، 1982) را در مراحل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل کردند. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد در کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت برنامۀ تحول مثبت نوجوانی بر رضایت از زندگی و خودکارآمد پنداری نوجوانان مؤثر است (0/005=p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج پیشنهاد می دهد که برنامۀ تحول مثبت نوجوانی می تواند برنامۀ عملی مناسبی برای افزایش رضایت از زندگی و احساس خودکارآمد پنداری در نوجوانان باشد.
Background: The occurrence of significant physical-psychosocial changes in adolescence can affect life satisfaction and self-efficacy in adolescents. Therefore, environmental facilities and developmental programs are necessary for adolescent’s adjustment. Aims: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of positive youth development program on adolescentschr('39') life satisfaction and self-efficacy. Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest, and follow-up design with control group. To this aim, forty-eight students among female students studying in the ninth grade of secondary school in the academic year 1396-97 in the city of Arak were selected by multistage random sampling and randomly divided into two experimental (23) and control groups (n = 25). Experimental group received positive youth development program in 24 one-hour sessions. Both groups completed the life satisfaction scale (Diener et al., 1985) and the general self-efficacy scale (Sherer et al., 1982) in the pretest, posttest, and follow-up stages. Results: The results of covariance analysis indicated that positive youth development program was effective on adolescentschr('39') life satisfaction and self-efficacy in short and long term (p=0.005). Conclusions: The findings suggest that positive youth development program can be an appropriate practical program for increasing adolescents’ life satisfaction and self-efficacy.
