چکیده:
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر سیاستهای اجتناب مالیاتی بر نوع گزارش حسابرس است. سیاستهای اجتناب مالیاتی به خطمشیها و روشهایی اشاره میکند که با هدف کاستن از مالیات شرکت به کار میرود. معیارهای استفاده شده برای نشان دادن اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات، یک منهای نرخ موثر مالیاتی، تفاوت سود مشمول مالیات و سود حسابداری میباشد. بازۀ زمانی پژوهش بین سالهای 1380 تا 1389 و نمونه پژوهش شامل 75 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار است. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از رگرسیون لاجیت استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین معیارهای اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات و گزارش غیر مقبول حسابرس رابطۀ مثبت وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر نتایج نشان داد که افزایش اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات تاثیر مثبتی بر اظهار نظر غیرمقبول حسابرس دارد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از این بود که وجود نظارت خارجی موثر منجر به کاهش تاثیر مثبت اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات بر گزارش غیر مقبول حسابرس خواهد شد. به عبارت دیگر، وجود نظارت خارجی موثر، منجر به کاهش فرصتهای انحراف منافع توسط مدیران و نیز کاهش تاثیرات منفی اجتناب مالیاتی بر اظهارنظر مقبول حسابرس خواهد شد. فرصتی که در نتیجه نبود شفافیت در گزارشگری مالی به دلیل فعالیتهای اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات، برای مدیران بهوجود آمده است.
Abstract The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of tax avoidance policies on the type of auditor's report. Tax avoidance Policies refer to the policies and procedures that are applied to reduce the corporation tax. The criteria used to measure taxes avoidance are the one minus effective tax rate and the difference between accounting profit and taxable profit. The sample of 75 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange is investigated for the period of 2002 to 2011 and logit-regression method is used to test the research hypotheses. The results show the positive relationship between tax avoidance criteria and auditor's non-acceptable opinion. In other words, increase in tax avoidance criteria has a positive impact on the auditor's non-acceptable opinion. The results indicate an effective external monitoring reduces the impact of tax avoidance on the auditor's non-acceptable report. That is, an effective external monitoring lessens diversion opportunities and interests of managers and reduces the negative effects of tax avoidance on auditor's non-acceptable opinion. The opportunities that emerge for managers due to non- transparent financial reporting when applying tax avoidance policies.
