چکیده:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی مدیریت معنوی بر اساس بهزیستی ذهنی و رفتار اخلاقی بود.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش کارکنان بانک ملت استان تهران در سال 1399 به تعداد 6392 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 363 نفر برآورد که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با کمک پرسشنامه محققساخته مدیریت معنوی، مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی کییز و ماگیار- مو و سیاهه رفتار اخلاقی لوزیر جمعآوری با روشهای ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان در نرمافزار SPSS-19 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بهزیستی ذهنی (384/0=r) و رفتار اخلاقی (562/0=r( با مدیریت معنوی کارکنان همبستگی مثبت و معنادار داشتند. همچنین، هر دو متغیر بهزیستی ذهنی و رفتار اخلاقی با هم توانستند 7/47 درصد از تغییرات مدیریت معنوی کارکنان را تبیین کنند که در این پیشبینی سهم رفتار اخلاقی (350/0=Beta) بیشتر از بهزیستی ذهنی (243/0=Beta) بود (001/0P
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش موثر بهزیستی ذهنی و رفتار اخلاقی در پیشبینی مدیریت معنوی کارکنان، متخصصان و برنامهریزان میتوانند جهت ارتقای مدیریت معنوی از طریق کارگاهها و دورههای آموزشی میزان بهزیستی ذهنی و رفتار اخلاقی آنها را بهبود بخشند.
Purpose: The aim of present research was predicting of spiritual management based on subjective well-being and ethical behavior.
Materials and Methods: This study was cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population was Bank Mellat employees of Tehran province in 2020 year with number of 6392 people. The sample size was estimated based on Krejcie and Morgan table 363 people who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data were collected with using a researcher-made spiritual management questionnaire, Keyes and Magyar-Moe subjective well-being scale and Lussier ethical behavior inventory analyzed by methods of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with enter model in SPSS-19 software.
Findings: The findings showed that subjective well-being (r=0.384) and ethical behavior (r=0.562) had a positive and significant correlation with employees' spiritual management. Also, both variables of subjective well-being and ethical behavior together were able to explain 47.7% of the changes of employees' spiritual management, which in this prediction the share of ethical behavior (Beta=0.350) was higher than subjective well-being (Beta=0.243) (P
Conclusion: According to the effective role of subjective well-being and ethical behavior in predicting the employees' spiritual management, specialists and planners to promote spiritual management can improve their subjective well-being and ethical behavior through workshops and training courses
