چکیده:
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر کیفیت فضا بر روند بهبود بیماران با رویکرد کاهش استرس ، اضطراب و افسردگی و تا کید بر ایجاد محیطهای شفابخش بود.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش پیش رو به صورت پرسش نامه ای انجام شد که در آن جامعه آماری شامل 100 بیمار دیالیزی بود. این بیماران در بخش های همودیالیز بیمارستان نمازی، بیمارستان شهید فقیهی و بیمارستان ابوعلی سینا در شهر شیراز تحت درمان بودند. مطابق با مشاهدات پژوهشگران بخش دیالیز بیمارستان ابوعلی سینا به عنوان نمونه ی با کیفیت مطلوب در نظر گرفته شده و با بخش های دیالیز در دو بیمارستان نمازی و شهید فقیهی که شامل بخش های قدیمی و تا حدی فرسوده و با طول عمر بیش از چهل سال هستند، مقایسه گردیده است. این پژوهش مشتمل بر پرسش نامه ی استاندارد «لوی بوند» است که درصد اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی بیماران را در نمونه های مورد نظر مشخص نموده، نسبت به فضای معماری و ویژگی های شفابخشی بیمارستان های نمونه مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرارداده است. از مجموع 21 سوال ،7 سوال مربوط به سنجش میزان استرس،7 سوال مربوط به سنجش میزان اضطراب و 7 سوال مربوط به سنجش میزان افسردگی میباشد. که به ترتیب امتیاز بین حداقل صفر تا حداکثر 21را شامل میگردد.تکمیل پرسشنامه ها در ساعات پایانی همودیالیز توسط بیماران در بخشهای مربوط انجام شد و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که بیمارستان ابوعلی سینا با کیفیت مطلوب طراحی و دارا بودن عناصر شفابخشی دارای اختلاف معنی دار در سطح استرس،اضطراب و افسردگی در مقایسه با دو بیمارستان فرسوده بود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که میزان استرس،اضطراب و افسردگی در بخش دیالیز بیمارستان بوعلی شیرازکمتر از دو مورد فرسوده میباشد.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of space quality on patientschr' recovery process with the approach of reducing stress, anxiety and depression and up to Kidd on creating healing environments.
Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted as a questionnaire in which the statistical population included 100 dialysis patients. These patients were treated in the hemodialysis wards of Namazi Hospital, Shahid Faghihi Hospital and Abu Ali Sina Hospital in Shiraz. According to the observations of researchers in the dialysis ward of Abu Ali Sina Hospital, it is considered as a sample with good quality and with dialysis wards in Namazi and Shahid Faghihi hospitals, which include old and partially worn wards with a lifespan of more than forty years. , Has been compared. This study consists of a standard Levy Bond questionnaire that determines the percentage of anxiety, stress and depression of patients in the samples and analyzes the architectural space and healing features of the sample hospitals. Out of 21 questions, 7 questions are related to measuring stress, 7 questions are related to measuring anxiety and 7 questions are related to measuring depression. Which includes a score between a minimum of zero and a maximum of 21. The questionnaires were completed in the last hours of hemodialysis by patients in the relevant wards and SPSS software was used to analyze the results.
Findings: The findings showed that Abu Ali Sina Hospital with good design quality and having healing elements had a significant difference in the level of stress, anxiety and depression compared to the two worn hospitals.
Conclusion: The results showed that the rate of stress, anxiety and depression in the dialysis ward of Bu Ali Hospital in Shiraz is less than two cases.
