چکیده:
قرآن، به عنوان کانون اندیشه اسلامی، از یک سو، به نفی طاغوت در جامعه پرداخته از سوی دیگر، اندیشه توحیدی را اساس دعوت انبیای الهی معرفی میکند.اصول بنیادین جامعه اسلامی باید برخاسته از قرآن باشد.اما آیا قرآن برای جامعه مطلوب خود چهارچوب مشخصی دارد؟.با بررسی موضوعات اساسی که قرآن درباره زندگی جمعی انسانها دارد،اصول کلی جامعه اسلامی به دست میآید.جامعه مطلوب قرآن، سه رکنِ اساسی دارد.رکن ولایت تکوینی الهی که بر سراسر عالم وجود گسترده است.رکن ولایت و هدایت تشریعی که از طریق هدایت انبیاء و اوصیاء خطوط کلی سلبی و ایجابی حرکت اجتماعی مردم ترسیم میگردد، رکن ولایت مردم بر سرنوشت خود و بیان اینکه اراده مردم در تغییر مناسبات اجتماعی، نقش اساسی دارد. قرآن برای هر یک از این ارکان، اصول خدشه ناپذیر دارد. بر اساس تعالیم قرآن، اراده مومنان با تمسک به شریعت اسلامی، جامعه مدنی اسلامی را تحت ولایت الهی محقق مینماید. اصول جامعه اسلامی حکایت از تطابق شریعت و طبیعت دارد. جهان شمول و مبتنی بر فطرت و حقوق اولیه بشر است. نیازمندی دائمی بشر به این اصول را باز مینمایاند.نگارنده با روش توصیفی_تحلیلی به تبیین این اصول پرداخته تا مخاطب خود را با شاخصهای اساسی ایجابی و سلبی جامعه اسلامی آشنا نماید.
The Qur'an, as the center of Islamic thought, on the one hand, denies idolatry in society and, on the other hand, introduces monotheistic thought as the basis for the call of the divine prophets. The basic principles of Islamic society must be derived from the Qur'an. . Is the framework itself clear? By examining the basic issues that the Qur'an has about the collective life of human beings, the general principles of Islamic society are obtained. Legislative guidance, which draws the negative outlines and positive social movements of the people through the guidance of the prophets and testators, is the pillar of the people's guardianship over their destiny and the statement that the will of the people plays a key role in changing social relations. The Qur'an is an inviolable principle for each of these pillars. According to the teachings of the Qur'an, the Shari'a of the believers, by relying on the Islamic lineage, achieves Islamic civil society under divine guardianship. The principles of Islamic society indicate the compatibility of Sharia and nature. Universality and humanity are based on nature and basic rights. It reflects the constant human need for these principles. The author has explained these principles in a descriptive-analytical way so that you can acquaint your audience with the basic positive and negative characteristics of the Islamic society.
