People interact with each other in social groups and form complicated social processes. These processes cause the formation of complicated social-economic systems and organizations. The social and economic exchanges of profit-oriented and unequal exchanges in these systems develop while the systems of network marketing have unequal exchanges with their members> Thus, this paper tries to study the current social-economic relationships and exchanges along with absorption of individuals in network marketing. The methodology of study is based on the five-step Carspecken critical ethnography. The researchers recorded initial observation with etic approach along with one-year covert participation in network marketing companies and then conducted deep interviews of emic approach with members separately and extracted the main themes of study through dialog-driven data. The main themes included: Reduction of numeral credit, attraction with accreditation, accreditation techniques with absorption of family, accreditation of secondary groups, attraction with celebrities' credit, assimilation techniques and curiosity makers strategies. Findings show that people with high accreditation are absorbed in these systems but when they encounter profits and maximize the system of profit from network marketing companies, they leave them. Finally, the dialog-driven findings were analyzed through an etic approach.
