The findings of this study show by using the teachings of Mitzen theory that the ontological conflict of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution of Iran with the West is affected by the uncertainty and perception of insecurity in the ontology of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution in the face of the West due to the confrontation of the concepts of reason and ignorance in these two discourses, and any provision of ontological security from the perspective of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution in this confrontation depends on maintaining independence and intellectual identity and emphasizing on preserving the form and content of Islamic teachings.

One of the main tasks of researchers active in the field of Islamic humanities is theoretical explanation and design of models in accordance with Islamic principles and presuppositions, therefore, the main purpose of this article is to study "audience analysis and its principles in institutionalizing culture from the perspective of the Qur'an" as one of the main components of the model, so, one of the important tasks of institutionalization agents is to identify the audience, classify them and pay attention to this classification during the institutionalization of culture.
