چکیده:
ایران و آسیای مرکزی در مسیرهمگرایی دوره روابط متقابل دارای قوتها و فرصتهایی هستند که برخی از آنها ریشه در محیط داخلی و برخی دیگر ریشه در محیط بیرونی منطقه و جهان دارد و برای رسیدن به همگرایی باید براساس راهبردهای پنج گانه به آن دست پیدا کرد. در این مقاله، به عوامل سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی با تاکید بر عوامل مختلفی چون اشتراکات فرهنگی و تاریخی، مزیتهای متقابل موقعیت جغرافیایی ایران و کشورهای آسیای مرکزی، ژئواکونومی انرژی، بازار مصرف کالا، سرمایه گزاری به عنوان قوت هادر این منطقه واحد مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. همچنین در بخش مربوط به عوامل بیرونی (خارجی) عضویت ایران در سازمان منطقهای، همکاری روسیه، چین و ایران در جلوگیری از هژمونی غرب در آسیای مرکزی از طریق ایران، به عنوان فرصتهای موجود مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار میگیرد. در این راستا این سوال اصلی قابل طرح است براساس ساختار ژئوپلتیکی موجود عوامل داخلی (قوتها) و عوامل خارجی و فرصتها چگونه میتواند به منطقه گرایی پایدار بین ایران و آسیای مرکزی منجر گردد. در پاسخ به این سوال این فرضیه مطرح میشود چنین به نظر میر سد که براساس ساختار ژئوپلتیکی موجود ارائه الگوی مبتنی بر واقعیات و منافع ژئوپلتیکی همگراساز (قوتها و فرصتها) میتواند به منطقه گرایی پایدار بین ایران و آسیای مرکزی در راستای منافع مشترک منجر گردد.
