چکیده:
مقدمه: اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی بیماری جدی و ناتوان کننده است که با عوامل روانشناختی متعددی همبودی دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی- تحلیلی بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، نگرانی و اجتناب تجربهای بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری – عملی بود. روش: این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره و مددکاری شهر مشهد در سال 1397 بودند که از بین آنها 30 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند، انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش 15نفر و کنترل 15نفر گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش، تحت گروه درمانی شناختی - تحلیلی به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای در هرهفته دو جلسه قرار گرفتند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، نگرانی و اجتناب تجربهای استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش آزمون، بین میانگین نمرات پسآزمون گروههای آزمایش و گروه کنترل در متغیرهای عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، نگرانی و اجتناب تجربهای، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. نتیجهگیری: درمان شناختی – تحلیلی بر بهبود عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و کاهش نگرانی و اجتناب تجربهای بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی موثر بود. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، پیشنهاد میشود تا روانشناسان و رواندرمانگران از این درمان به عنوان مداخلهای اثربخش در جهت کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به سواس فکری- عملی بهره ببرند.
Introduction: Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a serious and debilitating. There is comorbidity between this disorder and various psychological factors. The aim of the present research was to examining the effectiveness of cognitive-analytic therapy on improving intolerance of uncertainty & decreasing worry and experimental avoidance in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental one with pretest-posttest design and control group. The research population includes all the patients with obsessive disorder who referred to counseling and social working centers of Mashhad in 2018. From among the population, 30 people were selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to experimental 15 people and control 15 people groups. The people in the experimental group received cognitive-analytic therapy for eight 90-minute sessions (two sessions a week). Data collection was done by using intolerance of uncertainty scale (IUS), worry and experiential avoidance questionnaires. Data analysis was done by multivariate analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Findings: Findings of the research that shows, there is a significant difference between the posttest scores of experimental and control groups in terms of the variables of intolerance of uncertainty, worry and experiential avoidance.Conclusion: Cognitive-analytic therapy is effective in improving intolerance of uncertainty & decreasing worry and experiential avoidance in patients with obsessive compulsory disorder. According to the results of this study, it is suggested that psychologists and psychotherapists use this treatment as an effective intervention to reduce the psychological problems of patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder.
