چکیده:
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه تنظیم خلق منفی، رفتار شخصی و شیوه زندگی در بیماران سرطانی، قلبی و عادی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و علی- مقایسهای است. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران سرطانی و قلبی مراجعهکننده به مراکز درمانی سطح شهر ارومیه در 3 ماهه اول سال ۱۳۹۷ بود. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس تعداد 75 نفر از بیماران سرطانی، 75 نفر بیمار قلبی و همچنین 75 نفر افراد عادی، بهعنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم خلق منفی کاتانزار و میرنز (۱۹۹۰)، پرسشنامه شیوه زندگی پندر (2008) و پرسشنامه رفتار شخصی کولینز و همکاران (۱۹۷۳) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس یکراهه استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد در تنظیم خلق منفی، رفتار شخصی و شیوه زندگی بین بیماران قلبی و افراد عادی با بیماران سرطانی تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد (01/0>p). همچنین بین تنظیم خلق منفی، رفتار شخصی و شیوه زندگی بیماران قلبی و افراد عادی تفاوت معنیدار وجود ندارد (01/0<p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده میتوان گفت که بیماران سرطانی نسبت به بیماران قلبی و افراد عادی مشکلات بیشتری در تنظیم خلق منفی، رفتار شخصی و شیوه زندگی تجربه میکنند.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare negative mood regulation, personal behavior and lifestyle in cancer patients, heart and normal patients. Method: This is a causal-comparative study. The statistical population of the study included all cancer patients who referred to medical centers of Urmia city during the first 3 months of 2018. 75 cancer patients, 75 heart patients and 75 normal people were selected through the available sampling method. responded to Negative Settlement Questionnaires for Katanazar and Mirens (1990), Pender's Lifestyle Life Questionnaire, and Personal Inventory of Collins and Associates (1973). The data were analyzed using by ANOVA analysis method. Findings: The results of ANOVA analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the groups of cardiac patients and normal people with cancer patients of negative mood regulation, personal behavior and life style (pConclusion: The results showed that cancer patients experience more problems in regulating negative mood, personal behavior and lifestyle than cardiac patients and normal people. .
