چکیده:
موضوع و هدف مقاله: تصمیمگیری اخلاقی مفهومی است که ثمرات آن بر مطلوبیت سازمانی و اهداف مربوط به آن مشهود است و از همین رو هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر تصمیمگیری اخلاقی در حرفه حسابداری و حسابرسی با توجه به پژوهش های انجام شده می باشد.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش فرا تحلیل و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل همۀ مقالات متناسب با موضوع تصمیمگیری اخلاقی در حرفه حسابداری در مجلات علمی پژوهشی ایرانی و خارجی مشخص شده با ضوابط خاص است. مقالات مندرج در بررسی نهایی آن شامل 19 مقاله بررسیشده در این زمینه بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار جامع فراتحلیل نسخۀ (CMA2) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافتههای پژوهش: بر اساس بررسی از عوامل اثرگذار بر تصمیمگیری اخلاقی در حرفه حسابداری و حسابرسی 18 متغیر سازه فردی، شرایط اجتماعی، شرایط اقتصادی، شرایط محیط کار، سن، عضویت رسمی، جنسیت، فرهنگسازمانی، تجربه، هویت، مهارت کار، آرمان اخلاقی، نسبیگرایی، رهبری اخلاقی، قوانین و مقررات، ویژگی کار، تحصیلات و ویژگی شخصیتی اثرگذار میباشند. نتیجهگیری و اصالت و افزوده آن به دانش : تمامی عوامل اندازه اثر متوسط و بالا داشتند و از این حیث تمامی مقولهها بر تصمیمگیری اخلاقی اثرگذارند. در بین عوامل موردبررسی، آرمان اخلاقی (71/)، فرهنگسازمانی (96/) و قوانین و مقررات (68/)، ببیشترین اندازه اثر مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار برحسب بالاترین ضرایب اثر و اثر تمامی مقولهها مورد تایید قرار گرفت و این پژوهش با شناسایی شاخص های مختلف و موثر بر تصمیم گیری اخلاقی می تواند راهگشایی مناسب برای رویکرد تصمیم گیری مناسب حسابداران و حسابرسان می باشد.
AbstractSubject and Purpose of the Article: Ethical decision-making is a concept that is evident in organizational desirability and related goals. Consequently, this study aims to investigate the factors affecting ethical decision-making in the accounting and auditing profession. Research Method: This research is a meta-analysis, and the statistical population of the present study includes all articles relevant to the subject of ethical decision-making in the accounting profession in Iranian and foreign scientific research journals specified by particular criteria. The articles in its final review included 19 reviewed articles in this field. Data were analyzed using comprehensive version meta-analysis software (CMA2).Research Findings: Regarding the study of factors affecting ethical decision making in the accounting and auditing profession, 18 variables of individual structure, social conditions, economic conditions, working conditions, age, formal membership, gender, organizational culture, experience, identity, work skills, ethical ideal, relativism, moral leadership, rules and regulations, work characteristics, education and personality traits are significant.Conclusion, Originality and its Contribution to the Knowledge: All factors had a medium and high effect size, and in this regard, all categories affect ethical decision-making in the accounting and auditing profession. Among the studied factors, ethical ideals with effect size (0.71), organizational culture (0.69), and rules and regulations (0.68) are the most important influencing factors in terms of the highest coefficients of effect and the effect of all categories was confirmed. By identifying different indicators and effective, ethical decision-making, this research can be a good way for the appropriate decision-making approach of accountants and auditors.
