چکیده:
موضوع و هدف مقاله :پژوهش حاضر، نقش جنسیت بر رابطه میان عواطف و گزارش تخلفات را مورد مطالعه قرار میدهد. بنابراین هدف مقاله حاضر در درجه اول بررسی تاثیر عواطف بر تصمیم گیری حسابرسان داخلی در گزارش تخلفات درون سازمانی و نقش جنسیت در این مورد است. هدف دوم این پژوهش نیز بسط و گسترش مبانی نظری تحقیقات رفتاری در حسابرسی داخلی می باشد.روش پژوهش:در پژوهش حاضر تعداد 250 پرسش نامه به صورت تصادفی میان حسابرسان داخلی بانکهای دولتی توزیع گردید که از این تعداد، 219 پرسشنامه برای تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده گردید. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه عواطف و پرسشنامه گزارش تخلفات است. همچنین از مدل معادلات ساختاری و معیار ریشه استاندارد باقیمانده مجذور میانگین برای ارزیابی رابطه بین متغیرهای این پژوهش استفاده شده است.یافتههای پژوهش :نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که هر دو جنبه مثبت و منفی عواطف فردی حسابرسان داخلی بر قضاوت و تصمیم گیری آنها به افشای تخلفات تاثیر معنی دار و مثبت دارند. هم چنین شواهد حاکی از آن است که جنسیت حسابرس داخلی، متغیری مهم در افشای تخلفات درون سازمانی بوده و می تواند شدت تاثیرگذاری رابطه میان عواطف و افشای تخلفات را افزایش دهد. نتیجهگیری، اصالت و افزوده آن به دانش: براساس یافتههای این پژوهش، سیاست گذاران و نهادهای نظارتی حرفه حسابرسی داخلی باید مکانیزمهای لازم برای پشتیبانی از اقدامات افشاگری و گزارشگری تقلب و تخلفات توسط حسابرسان داخلی را فراهم آورند و به موضوع گزارشگری تخلفات توجه ویژه اختصاص دهند.
Subject and purpose of article: This research examines the role of gender on the relationship between moods and whistle-blowing. Therefore, the purpose of this article is primarily to investigate the impact of moods on internal auditors' decision-making in intra-organizational whistle- blowing and the role of gender in this regard. The second purpose of this research is to develop the theoretical foundations of behavioral research in internal audit.Research method: In the present research, 250 questionnaires were randomly distributed among internal auditors in state-owned banks. 219 questionnaires were used for analysis. The tools used in this study include the moods Questionnaire and the whistle-blowing Questionnaire. Also, the structural equation model and the Standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) have been used to evaluate the relationship between the variables of this study.Research findings: results show that both positive and negative aspects of internal auditor’s moods have a significant and positive effect on their judgment and decision making to whistle-blowing. Evidence also shows that the gender of the internal auditor is an important variable in whistle-blowing within the organization and can increase the effectiveness of the relationship between moods and whistle-blowing.Conclusion, originality and its contribution to knowledge: Thus, based on the findings of this study, policy makers and regulatory bodies of the internal audit profession should provide the necessary mechanisms to support the whistle-blowing and reporting the fraud by internal auditors and pay special attention to the whistle-blowing issue.
