چکیده:
مقدمه: مطالعه صورتهای روابط اجتماعی میان افراد در کانون توجه مطالعات جامعهشناختی قرار دارد، مشارکت نیز بهعنوان یکی از اشکال روابط اجتماعی دارای جایگاهی ویژه است که میبایست به آن توجه کافی شود. یکی از مهمترین نمودهای مشارکت، مشارکت فرهنگی در توسعه کتابخانههای عمومی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی موانع جذب و توسعه مشارکتهای مردمی در کتابخانههای عمومی از دیدگاه خیرین کتابخانهساز کشور است.روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف، یک پژوهش اکتشافی است که با استفاده از روش پژوهش آمیخته انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، 15 نفر از خیرین فعال کتابخانه ساز بهصورت هدفمند و با روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کمی، خیرین فعال کتابخانه های عمومی کشور هستند؛ از آنجایی که حجم جامعه پژوهش مشخص نبود برای تعیین نمونه از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه با جامعه نامشخص استفاده شد و پرسشنامه بین 246 نفر از آنها، توزیع و گردآوری شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای استنباطی شامل آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و از نرمافزارهای اسپیاساس 22 و پیالاس 8/3 استفاده شده است. یافتهها: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش، موانع ساختاری، موانع زمینهای و موانع رفتاری بهعنوان موانع مؤثر در جذب مشارکتهای مردمی شناسایی شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که موانع ساختاری با ضریب تأثیر 882/0، موانع زمینهایی با ضریب 832/0 و موانع رفتاری با ضریب 818/0 به ترتیب در اولویتهای اول تا سوم موانع جذب مشارکتهای مردمی در کتابخانه های عمومی هستند. نتیجه: در راستای موانع موجود در جذب مشارکتهای مردمی در کتابخانههای عمومی، حل مشکلات و کاستیها در کتابخانههای عمومی به مشارکت مردمی نیاز دارد اما این کار بدون برنامهریزی ممکن نیست. هماهنگی نهادهای گوناگون، وضع قوانین و مقررات برای گسترش مشارکت، آگاهسازی مسئولان و مدیران و کارکنان نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی، تبلیغ و گسترش مشارکت به روشهای گوناگون، فراهم ساختن زمینههای قانونی و اجتماعی و آماده کردن بسترهای لازم برای تبادل افکار و نقد و تحلیل برنامهها از جمله اقدامات در راستای حذف موانع هستند.
Introduction: Studying the forms of social relations between individuals is the spotlight of sociological studies. Participation is also one of the forms of social relations that has a special place to be paid attention to. One of the most important manifestations of participation is cultural participation in the development of public libraries. The purpose of the present study is to identify and rank barriers affecting the attraction and development of public participation in public libraries from Iranian charity library builders' perspective.Methodology: The study was exploratory research using a mixed research method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative part of the study, 15 Iranian charity library builders were purposefully interviewed using snowball sampling. The research population in the quantitative part is active Iranian charity library builders and a questionnaire was distributed among 246 of them. Inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data.Findings: According to the findings of the study, behavioral barriers, contextual barriers, and structural barriers were identified as effective barriers in attracting and developing public participation. The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that among the barriers affecting the attraction of public participation in public libraries from the Iranian charity library builders' perspective, structural barriers with a coefficient of .882 and then, contextual barriers with a coefficient of .832, social factors with a coefficient of .824 and behavioral barriers with a coefficient of .818 are ranked first to third priorities, respectively.Conclusion: To overcome the barriers to attracting public participation in public libraries, solving problems and shortcomings in public libraries needs to be mobilized, but this is not possible without planning programs to remove barriers to participation including coordinating various institutions, establishing rules and regulations to expand partnerships, alerting public library officials and managers, promoting and disseminating partnerships in various ways, and providing contexts for legal and social issues.
