چکیده:
هدف: هدف از این تحقیق، مقایسه تأثیر هزینههای بهداشت عمومی و خصوصی بر وضعیت سلامت کشورهای عضو گروه D-8 طی دوره 2020-1995 است. در این تحقیق از روش دادههای تابلویی (Panel Data) استفاده شد.روششناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری موردمطالعه در این تحقیق شامل کشورهای عضو گروه D-8 است. اطلاعات سری زمانی در مورد این کشورها از منابع معتبر بینالمللی، ازجمله بانک جهانی جمعآوریشده است که با استفاده از نرمافزار Eviews مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. متغیرهای استفادهشده در این تحقیق شامل: وضعیت سلامت (میزان مرگومیر نوزادان)، سرمایه انسانی، رشد اقتصادی، مخارج بهداشت عمومی، مخارج بهداشت خصوصی و نرخ شهرنشینی میباشند.یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه حاکی از تأثیر منفی و معنیدار هزینههای بهداشت عمومی و خصوصی بر میزان مرگومیر نوزادان میباشد اما اثرگذاری هزینههای عمومی بیشتر از بخش خصوصی بوده است. به عبارتی تخصیص بودجه دولت به بخش بهداشت و درمان اثرگذاری بیشتری نسبت به بخش خصوصی در کاهش مرگومیر نوزادان دارد. بر این اساس میتوان بیان کرد که افزایش هزینههای مراقبتهای بهداشتی عمومی میتواند پیشرفت قابلتوجهی را در جهت بهبود سلامت و سرعت بخشیدن به اهداف توسعهای مربوط به کاهش مرگومیر نوزادان در این کشورها به ارمغان آورد.اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از هزینههای بهداشتی عمومی در این گروه از کشورها با توجه به اینکه اثر بیشتری نسبت به سایرمتغیرهای مدل در جهت کاهش میزان مرگومیر نوزادان به دنبال دارد میتواند بهعنوان عاملی حیاتی در بهبود وضعیت سلامت و حتی توزیع منابع تلقی گردد.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of public and private health expenditures on health status D-8 member countries during the period 2020-1995. In this research, the Panel Data model was used.Methodology: The statistical population studied in this research includes D-8 group member countries research. Time series information about these countries was collected from reputable international sources, including the World Bank, which using Eviews software was tested. Variables used in this study include: health status (infant mortality rate), human capital, economic growth, public health expenditures, private health expenditures, and urbanization rates.Findings: The results of the study indicate a negative and significant effect of public and private health costs on mortality Infants, but the impact of public spending has been greater than the private sector. In other words, allocating the government budget it has a greater impact on the health sector than the private sector in reducing infant mortality. On this health expenditures, and urbanization rates. It can be argued that increasing the cost of public health care can make significant progress in improving health and accelerating development goals to reduce infant mortality in these countries.Originality/Value: The results showed that the use of public health costs in this group of countries with respect that it has a greater effect than other model variables in reducing neonatal mortality could be as a vital factor in improving health states and even the distribution of resources.
