چکیده:
تجارت بین کشورها و تغییرات اقلیمی از مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار بر نابرابری درآمدی است؛ به طوریکه با ظهور پدیده جهانی شدن و ارتباط متقابل تجاری بین کشورها، نابرابری درآمدی در کشورهای طرف تجارت را تا حدودی کاهش داده است. از طرفی تغییرات اقلیمی به عنوان مسئله مهم و حال حاضر جهان، اثرات زیادی را بر رشد اقتصادی و نابرابری درآمدی کشورها داشته است که بررسی و تحلیل ارتباط بین تجارت و تغییرات اقلیمی با نابرابری درآمدی، هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. در این پژوهش، از مدل رگرسیون کوانتایل دادههای تابلویی برای بررسی اثرات نامتقارن تجارت و تغییرات اقلیمی بر نابرابری درآمدی در 60 کشور عضو شاخص عملکرد تغییرات اقلیمی برای دوره 2010 تا 2020 است. به علاوه برای تغییرات اقلیمی از شاخص عملکرد تغییرات اقلیمی و برای تجارت از شاخص درجه باز بودن تجاری استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد تغییرات اقلیمی در طول این سالها، نابرابری درآمدی را در کشورهای منتخب افزایش داده است. تایج نشان میدهد که دهک سوم تا دهک هفتم درآمدی بیشترین اثرپذیری را از تغییرات اقلیمی در طول سالهای مورد بررسی داشته است. از طرفی تجارت بین کشورها نابرابری درآمدی کشورهای منتخب را در دهکهای مختلف درآمدی کاهش داده است. از دیگر نتایج پژوهش، اثر منفی مخارج دولت و درآمدهای مالیاتی دولت بر نابرابری درآمدی در کشورهای موردنظر بوده که بهمراتب در دهکهای بالایی اثر بیشتری داشته است. کشورهای موردنظر میتوانند با ایجاد بلوکهای تجاری، مالیات بر صنایع آلودهکننده و استفاده از انرژیهای پاک، نابرابری درآمدی را کاهش دهند.
Trade and climate change are some of the most important factors affecting income inequality; With the advent of globalization and trade interrelationships between countries, income inequality has been reduced to some extent. On the other hand, climate change as an important and current issue in the world has had great effects on economic growth and income inequality of countries. The main purpose of this study is to study and analyze the relationship between trade and climate change and income inequality. In this study, the quantitative regression model uses panel data to examine the asymmetric effects of trade and climate change on income inequality in 60 member countries. Climate changes performance index for the period 2010 to 2020. In addition, the Climate Change Performance Index has been used for climate change and the Trade Openness Index has been used for trade. The results of the study show that climate change over the years has increased income inequality in selected countries. The results show that the third to seventh quantiles of income have been most affected by climate change during the years under review. On the other hand, trade between countries has reduced the inequality of selected countries in different income quantiles. Another result of the study was the negative effect of government expenditures and government tax revenues on inequality in the target countries, which had a much greater effect in the upper quantiles. Countries can reduce income inequality by creating trade blocs, taxing polluting industries, and using clean energy.
