چکیده:
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی روشهای تامین مالی صنایع هوایی در کشورهای منتخب و ارائه روش تامین مالی مناسب برای ایران است. روش تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس گردآوری دادهها توصیفی و اکتشافی – تحلیلی میباشد. در این تحقیق جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه به روش دلفی استفاده شده است و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه صنایع هوایی میباشد که با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. همچنین دادههای بدست آمده در این تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی کندال و نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج تحقیق مشخص نمود که روشهای نوینی در خصوص تامین منابع مالی صنایع هوایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران وجود دارد که برخی از این روشها شامل ایجاد اتاقهای فکر، راه اندازی بخش R&D در این صنعت، استفاده از مهندسی معکوس با بهرهگیری دانش روز کشورهای شرق آسیا، استفاده از اوراق مرابحه و اصل خصوصی سازی با هدف مشارکت شهروندان در مباحث نیروی نظامی و شفاف سازی روشهای تامین منابع مالی این صنعت بوده است.
The primary aim of this research is to illustrate the financing methods of the aviation industry in select countries and thus propose a suitable financing method for the Iranian aviation industry. This research paper can be classified as applied in terms of purpose, and comparative in terms of scope. The modus opernadi of this paper uses descriptive and exploratory-analytical methods to analyze various methods of financing aviation industries. Therefore, in terms of methodology the paper can be described as a descriptive study within the qualitative paradigm. To collect descriptive data the study used a questionnaire through the Delphi method. The statistical population consisted of experts in the field of aviation industry with a sample size 30. The sampling method employed for this purpose was the snowball method. Subsequently, the raw data was analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The results obtained indicate that setting up think tanks, enhancing the R&D departments of the industry, reverse engineering methods, drawing on upon the up-to-date knowledge of East Asian countries, using murabaha bonds, privatization, public participation in discussions of the military and finally transparency would optimize financial resources for the industry.
