چکیده:
اهداف: یکی از زمینههای زندگی جانبازان که ممکن است تحت تاثیر جنگ و پیامدهای درازمدت آن قرار گیرد، بهزیستی روانشناختی است که نشاندهنده توانایی فرد در درک هدف زندگی و پیامدهای مثبت رشد فردی است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهزیستی روانشناختی جانبازان شیمیایی بود.
مواد و روش ها:در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل، 50 نفر از جانبازان شیمیایی کرمانشاه در سال 1396 به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار تحقیق مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف بود. آموزش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه ای برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS 22 و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در گروه آزمایش باعث بهبود نمرات خردهمقیاسهای روابط مثبت با دیگران، تسلط بر محیط، زندگی هدفمند و خودپذیری (001/0p<) و خودمختاری و رشد شخصی (002/0p<) شد.
نتیجه:آموزش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث بهبود سطح بهزیستی روانی جانبازان شیمیایی می شود.
Aims: One of the areas of veterans' lives that may be affected by war and its long-term consequences is psychological well-being, which demonstrates an individual's ability to understand the purpose of life and the positive consequences of personal growth. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based treatment on the psychological well-being of chemical veterans.
Materials & Methods: In this quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design with a control group, 50 chemical warfare veterans of Kermanshah in 2017 were selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The research tool was Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale. Acceptance and commitment therapy training was performed in 10 sessions of 45 minutes for the experimental group. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22 statistical software using multivariate analysis of covariance.
