Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Ajuga and Ertomol-Tendo supplements on muscle damage indicators and biomotor variables of football players.Research Methodology:39 football players voluntarily participated in this study. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups of 13 people: Ajoga supplement, Ertomol-Tendo supplement and placebo. In the pre-test stage, the strength of the knee extensor and flexor muscles was measured through the Biodex device, explosive power through the Sargent's jump, and balance through the foot scan. In the pre-test and post-test stages, blood was drawn from the subjects first and48 hours after the implementation of the training protocol. The relevant supplements were taken for4 weeks and at the end of the supplementation period, the post-test stage was repeated similar to the pre-test. The data were analyzed by the analysis of variance test with repeated measurements (PResults: The changes of Creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase increased in the phase after the implementation of the training protocol, but the comparison between the two phases was not significant. Also, the comparison between the groups showed that there is no difference between the three groups (PConclusion: Athletes need to use different supplements in order to reduce the effects of muscle damage caused by intense activities.
