چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پیش بینی اضطراب کووید 19 در میان پرستاران خط مقدم بر اساس خودکارآمدی، حمایت اجتماعی و حمایت سازمانی انجام شد . روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق ، کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان مصطفی خمینی شهر ایلام اختصاص یافته به کووید 19 و بخش کرونایی بیمارستان امام خمینی شهر ایلام بودند که با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 175 پرستار به عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و به روش اینترنتی از طریق شبکه های مجازی با توزیع لینک پرسشنامه آنلاین انتخاب شدند . برای آزمون فرضیه ها از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان استفاده شد . ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس اضطراب کرونا ویروس ، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی و مقیاس حمایت سازمانی بود . ترکیب خطی خودکارآمدی، حمایت اجتماعی و حمایت سازمانی 6/24 درصد از واریانس متغیر اضطراب کووید 19 را پیش بینی می کردند. براساس ضرایب بتا خودکارآمدی، حمایت اجتماعی و حمایت سازمانی به ترتیب با بتای 24/0-، 18/0- و 36/0- به صورت منفی و معنی داری اضطراب کووید 19 را در پرستاران پیش بینی می کردند (P<0.01).
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the prediction of Covid 19 anxiety among frontline nurses based on self-efficacy, social support and organizational support.Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study was all nurses working in Mostafa Khomeini Hospital in Ilam assigned to Covid 19 and the corona ward of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ilam. According to Morgan's table, 175 nurses were available as a sample size using the sampling method. Internet methods were selected through virtual networks by distributing online questionnaire links. Simultaneous multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The instruments used in this study included coronavirus anxiety scale, self-efficacy questionnaire, social support scale and organizational support scale.Results: The findings showed that all three predictor variables namely self-efficacy, social support and organizational support have a negative and significant relationship with Covid anxiety 19. Therefore , the hogher the level of all three predictor variables among nurses, the lower the anxiety among them.
