چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی تیپهای انگیزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران در درس انقلاب اسلامی پرداخته است. بررسی تیپهای انگیزشی میتواند نشاندهندۀ تمایل دانشجویان به این درس باشد و سیاستگذار را در راستای ارزیابی و تغییر سیاست خود در دروس عمومی یاری دهد. روش: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل 1300 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران بوده که طی نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 98-1397 درس انقلاب اسلامی را اخذ کردهاند. نمونۀ تحقیق بر اساس جدول مورگان، 198 نفر برآورد شد. برای تشخیص تیپهای انگیزشی، از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد جهتگیری انگیزشی استفاده شد و نتایج بر اساس مدل رگرسیون چند متغیّره تحلیل شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، مدل برازششده شامل نظمدهی بیرونی، نظمدهی درونفکنی شده و نظمدهی تشخیص دادهشده بودکه هر سه در قالب طیف انگیزش بیرونی قرار گرفتهاند. چنین تمایلی نشان میدهد خواستۀ سیاستگذار در درس انقلاب اسلامی تا حد زیادی مرتفع نمیشود و نیاز به مداخله و تغییر سیاست ضروری است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد اولویت اول اساتید درس انقلاب اسلامی در مواجهه با دانشجویان این درس باید تلاش برای ایجاد انگیزه باشد.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the results of higher education policy in the Islamic Revolution course to identify the motivational types of the students of the University of Tehran. Studying the types of motivations can be a reflection of the students' desire for this course and help policymakers to evaluate and change their policies in public curriculum. Method: The statistical population consisted of 1,300students at the University of Tehran that during the first semester of 1397-98 had received Islamic revolution course. The sample was estimated based on Morgan table 198. To identify the type of incentive was used a standardized questionnaire and results-based motivational orientation, Multivariate regression models were used. Results: The results of this research model include external regulation, interjected regulation, and identified regulation that all three are in the form of external motivation. Such an inclination shows that the demands of the policymaker in the Islamic Revolution course are not largely overcome and the need for intervention and policy change is necessary. Conclusion: the author of the survey conclude that the first priority of the professors of the Islamic Revolution course in facing the students of this course should be to try to motivate the students.
