چکیده:
هدف پژوهش: زندگی بعد از بروز اتفاقات ناگوار نظیر ضایعه نخاعی دستخوش تغییرات میشود و افراد با معلولیت ضایعه نخاعی برای حضور در جامعه به عنوان یک شهروند با موانع و چالشهای مختلفی مواجهاند. هدف این مطالعه واکاوی موانع و تسهیلکنندههای ادغام اجتماعی توانخواهان ضایعه نخاعی در بیمارستان توانبخشی رفیده است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای قراردادی گرانهایم و لیندمن (2004) انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان 13 نفر از بیماران دارای معلولیت ضایعه نخاعی، 4 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی و 5 نفر از ارائه دهندگان خدمات توانبخشی به این بیماران در بیمارستان توانبخشی رفیده بودند که به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نمونهگیری تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع دادهها، ادامه یافت. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته جمعآوری و تحلیل شد. برای بررسی استحکام دادهها از چهار معیار مقبولیت، قابلیت اطمینان، قابلیت انتقال و قابلیت تایید پیشنهادی گوبا و لینکن استفاده شد. یافتهها: تسهیلکنندههای ادغاماجتماعی افراد ضایعه نخاعی در سه طبقه اصلی "حمایت اجتماعی"، "مشارکت اجتماعی"، "باورهای فردی" و هشت زیر طبقه مرتبط با آنها شناسایی شد. موانع ادغام اجتماعی استخراج شده بر مبنای تجربیات مشارکت کنندگان در این مطالعه نیز در سه طبقه اصلی "موانع محیطی و ساختاری"، "موانع جسمی و حرکتی" و "موانع زمینهای" و شش زیر طبقه مرتبط قرار گرفتند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این مطالعه، بیماران ضایعه نخاعی برای بازگشت به جامعه با بازدارندههای متعددی مواجه هستند و از سوی دیگر موارد کمک کنندهای در سطوح مختلف فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی وجود دارد که موجب تسهیل فرایند ادغام اجتماعی آنها میشود. شناخت این عوامل که برگرفته از تجارب عمیق افراد دارای معلولیت ضایعه نخاعی، مراقبین خانوادگی و ارائه دهندگان خدمات توانبخشی به دست آمده است، میتواند برای بیماران، خانوادهها، متخصصین و سیاست گذاران کاربرد زیادی داشته باشد تا با برنامه ریزی، طراحی و اجرای مداخلات مرتبط در راستای کاهش موانع و تقویت تسهیل کنندهها در مسیر ادغام اجتماعی گروه هدف گام بردارند.
Objective: People's lives change after unfortunate events such as spinal cord injury and they face various obstacles and challenges to participate in society as a citizen. The purpose of this study is to explore the barriers and facilitators of social integration of spinal cord injury patients in Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital.
Materials & Methods: This research was conducted using Granheim and Lindman (2004) Conventional Content Analysis. Participants were thirteen people with spinal cord injury, four family caregivers of patients and five rehabilitation service providers in Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital which were selected by purposive sampling. Sampling was continued until data saturation. Data were collected and analyzed using semi-structured in depth interviews. To evaluate the stability of the data, four criteria of acceptability, reliability, transferability and verification of the proposed Guba and Lincoln were used.
Results: Facilitators of social integration of people with spinal cord injury were identified in the three main categories and eight subcategories. The categories were "social support", "social participation" and "individual beliefs". The barriers of social integration were extracted from participant's experiences consist of "environmental and structural barriers", "physical and motor barriers", "Contextual factors" and six related subcategories.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, patients with spinal cord injury face various barriers to returning to the community, and on the other hand, helpful factors at different levels of individual, family and social, facilitate their social integration process. Recognizing these factors, which are derived from the deep and rich experiences of people with spinal cord injury, family caregivers and rehabilitation service providers, can be useful to patients, families, professionals and policy makers to policy making and design and implement related interventions to reduce barriers and strengthen facilitators to social integration of the target group.
