چکیده:
هدف: بارداری از حساسترین دورههای زندگی انسان است. انتظار طولانیمدت برای به دنیا آمدن و نگرانی مدام برای حفظ سلامت نوزاد در همه دوران بارداری همراه مادر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی - رفتاری و فراشناختدرمانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، افسردگی و اضطراب در زنان باردار بود. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون - پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از تمامی زنان باردار در 3 ماهه دوم بارداری مراجعهکننده به بیمارستانها و کلینیکهای بارداری شهر تهران در سال 1400-1399 بود. که تعداد 45 نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامههای بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) و اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی لابیوند و لابیوند(1995) بود. برای گروه آزمایش اول درمان فراشناخت سیستم آلمانی، کانادایی، ایرانی (ملیحی الذاکرینی و همکاران، 2003) و برای گروه آزمایش دوم درمان درمانی شناختی رفتاری (گرینبرگ و پادسکی، 1995) در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برگزار شد، اما گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با بهرهگیری از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که درمان فراشناختی و درمان شناختی رفتاری باعث افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب در پایان مداخلات و دوره پیگیری شده بودند (05/0>p). روش فراشناخت درمانی باعث کاهش بیشتر مؤلفههای افسردگی و اضطراب، و افزایش بیشتر بهزیستی روانشناختی شده است (05/0>p). نتیجهگیری: به دلیل تأثیری که درمان فراشناخت بر اصلاح باورهای فراشناختی دارد میتواند به تنهایی و یا با درمان مکمل در کاهش فشار و اضطراب و افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان باردار مؤثر باشد.
Purpose: Pregnancy is one of the most sensitive periods of human life. A long wait to give birth and constant concern for the health of the baby accompany the mother during all pregnancy periods. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy and meta-cognitive therapy on psychological well-being, Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar in pregnant women.
Materials and Methods: The current study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test-follow-up plan with a control group. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all pregnant women in the second 3 months of pregnancy who referred to the hospitals and pregnancy clinics of Tehran in 2020-2021. 45 people were selected in a purposeful way and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. The tools of this research were Ryff's psychological well-being questionnaires (1989) and a special armband for a sphygmomanometer and a glucose test kit. For the first experimental group, German, Canadian, and Iranian system metacognitive therapy (Malihialzackerini et al., 2003) and for the second experimental group cognitive behavioral therapy (Greenberg and Padesky, 1995) were held in 8 sessions of 90 minutes, but the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were analyzed using mixed analysis of variance.
Findings: The results indicated that metacognitive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy increased psychological well-being and decreased blood pressure and blood sugar at the end of the interventions and the follow-up period (p
Conclusions: Due to the effect that metacognitive therapy has on correcting metacognitive beliefs, it can be effective alone or with complementary therapy in reducing Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar and increasing psychological well-being in pregnant women.
