چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: دیابت یکی از بیماری های مزمن پزشکی با بیشترین وابستگی به وضعیت روانشناختی افراد مبتلا است؛ در درمان های بکار رفته در مورد بیماران دیابتی، اغلب از پرداختن به مشکلات روانشناختی این قشر، به ویژه افراد غفلت شده است؛ از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر مصاحبه انگیزشی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش متابعت درمانی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع2 انجام شد. روش پژوهش: مطالعهی حاضر، یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی بوده که بر روی 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع2 عضو تحقیقات دیابت شهر تهران که شرایط شرکت در مطالعه را داشتند در سال 1398 اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه متابعت درمانی بیماری های مزمن که در سال 1392 در پایان نامه مدانلو طراحی و روانسنجی شده است و با روش مصاحبه و گرفتن نمونه خون جمعآوری گردید. هر عضو گروه مداخله 8 جلسهی 90 دقیقه ای تحت مصاحبه انگیزشی قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نشان داد که مصاحبه انگیزشی مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر بهبود متابعت درمانی افراد موثر است (05/0P). همچنین نتایج آزمون پیگیری هم نشان می دهد که دوره مصاحبه انگیزشی مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر روی گروه اثربخش و ثابت بوده است. نتیجه گیری: مداخلهی مصاحبه انگیزشی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر متابعت درمانی در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو تأثیر مثبت را نشان داد؛ لذا پیشنهاد میشود این مداخله در زمان و جلسات بیشتری انجام شود.
Background and Aim: diabetes is one of the chronic medical diseases with the greatest dependence on the psychological state of the affected people; In the treatments used for diabetic patients, it is often neglected to address the psychological problems of this group, especially people; Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of motivational interviewing based on acceptance and commitment on increasing the treatment adherence of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: The current study is a quasi-experimental study of pre-test-post-test type with random sampling method, which was carried out on 30 patients with type 2 diabetes, members of Tehran Diabetes Research Institute, who were eligible to participate in the study, in 2018.. The data were collected by using the chronic disease treatment compliance questionnaire that was designed and psychometrically evaluated in Madanlo's thesis in 2012 and by interviewing and taking blood samples. Each member of the intervention group underwent 8 sessions of 90 minutes motivational interview. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics tests. Results: The results showed that the results of the analysis of variance test with repeated measurements showed that motivational interviewing based on commitment and acceptance is effective in improving people's treatment adherence (PConclusion: motivational interview intervention based on acceptance and commitment showed a positive effect on treatment compliance in type 2 diabetes patients; Therefore, it is suggested that this intervention be done in more time and sessions.
