چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: نیازهای زندگی امروز، انسانها را با فشارهای متعددی روبرو نموده که کنارآمدن موثر با آنها، نیازمند توانمندیهای روانی- اجتماعی میباشد. هدف این پژوهش، مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمانگری گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمانگری گروهی شناختی رفتاری بر نظمجویی هیجان، سرمایههای روانشناختی و راهبردهای کنارآمدن دانشجویان بود. روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و دورۀ دوماهۀ پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. یک نمونۀ 75 نفری از دانشجویان که دارای ملاکهای ورود به تحقیق بودند به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در سه گروه مساوی (دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه) جایگزین شدند. جلسات کارگاهها، هرکدام هفتهای یک بار در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برگزار گردید. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش عبارت بودند از نظمجویی هیجان فرم کوتاه (گارنفسکی و کرایج، 2006)، پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی (لوتانز و آولیو، 2007) و پرسشنامه راهبردهای کنارآمدن (فولکمن و لازاروس، 1988). یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین دو مداخله بر نظمجویی هیجان (440/0 = P) تفاوت معنیداری یافت نشد، اما برای متغیرهای سرمایههای روانشناختی (024/0 = P) و راهبردهای کنارآمدن (0001/0 P) مداخلۀ مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد از شناختی رفتاری موثرتر بود و این تفاوت اثربخشی در مرحلۀ پیگیری بر نظمجویی هیجان (840/0 = P)، سرمایههای روانشناختی (680/0 = P) معنیدار نبود اما برای راهبردهای کنارآمدن (044/0 = P) معنیدار بود. نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان گفت که درمانگری مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمانگری شناختی رفتاری دو مداخلۀ مفید جهت کمک به دانشجویان است.
Background and Aim: The needs of today's life, human beings with numerous challenges, stress and pressures that require effective coping with them to have socio-psychosocial abilities. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based group therapy and cognitive behavioral group therapy on emotional regulation, psychological capitals and and coping strategies of students. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre, post and follow-up design with control group. To this end, 75 students whom had criteria for entering the research were selected through convenience sampling and using simple random selection to input them into three groups (two experimental proups and one control group- each group 25 members). The workshops were held once a week for 12 sessions of 90 mins. In this research emotion regulation breaf form (Garnefski & Kraaij, 2006), psychological capitals (Luthans & Avolio, 2007) and coping strategies (Folkman & Lazarus, 1988) questionnaires administered among selected samples. Results: The findings confirmed that two interventions were not significantly different on emotion regulation (P=0.440) but acceptance and commitment-based group therapy was significantly more effective than cognitive behavioral group therapy on psychological capitals (P=0.024) and coping strategies (PConclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral group therapy are two useful methods of therapy to help the students.
