چکیده:
درواقع، نامۀ 53 نهجالبلاغه، عهدنامۀ امام علیj است که برای مالک اشتر نگاشتهاند و بهمنزلۀ منشور مدیریت علوی و تعیین ساختار دولت در آن میباشد. در این متن و منشور، مبانی نظری حکومت اسلامی ترسیم شده است و یک نوع سیاستنامه محسوب میشود. ازآنجاییکه به نظر میرسد سازۀ مفهومی مدیریت علوی، عنوان تازه و با رویکرد جدید قرار است طرح و بررسی شود، در پژوهش حاضر نیز این سازۀ مفهومی به شیوهای نو در قالب یک چارچوب نظری جامعهشناختی معروف به نظریۀ کارکردگرایی−ساختاری بررسی شده است. متن و منبع اصلی و به تعبیر مکس وبر[1] (1920-1864) آن نمونه آرمانی متن فرمان امام علی به مالک اشتر میباشد که به روش تحلیل محتوا (کیفی) بررسی و با یک نگاه انداموارگی به جامعه و دولت، اصول و ساختار مدیریت علوی، بهویژه جایگاه و نقش ساختار سیاسی در این مدیریت واکاوی شده است.یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که براساس دیدگاه نظری−تحلیلی پیشگفته در نظام سیاسی موردنظر با نمونه مثالی فرمان مالک اشتر، سیاست و مدیریت بهعنوان یک خردهنظام مهم هدایتکننده در رابطه متقابل با خردهنظامهای دیگر جامعه، بهویژه خردهنظام فرهنگی عمل میکند که شاخص آن ارزشها میباشند.
Alawi Management is the overall title of this article, with special emphasis on the political structure of this type of management. The paper also explores this conceptual construct in a new way in the context of a sociological theoretical framework known as structural functionalism. The ideal type is the text of Imam Ali's commands to Malik al-Ashtar (letter 53 of Nahj al-Balagheh), which is examined through a content analysis method and with a glance at the Alawi community or state, the principles and structure of Alawi management. Especially the role and place of the political structure in this management has been analyzed.The conclusions show that according to organism view, policy in Alawi system, the political subsystem as a governor agency acts on relationship with other subsystems particular values system. Also in Alawi view point concept of state is too close to concept of society. Because the state arise from the society and society divided to four subsystems includes: social, cultural, economic and political ones.
