چکیده:
مقدمه: ضرورت انجام پژوهشهای جدید درخصوص تعاملات فرهنگ ایرانی-اسلامی برای دستیابی به تلفیق متعادل این دو فرهنگ با یکدیگر که مرکز تحول فکری، عقیدتی، و اخلاقی و محل عرضه ارزشهای نوین علمی و انسانی است، اهمیت فراوان دارد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مولفه های فرهنگ ایرانی– اسلامی از دیدگاه نخبگان فرهنگی با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر بصورت کیفی با مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با تعداد 15 نفر از نخبگان و مدیران فرهنگی فعلی و سابق در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. از روشهای اعتبار باورپذیری، انتقال پذیری، اطمینان پذیری و تاییدپذیری جهت سنجش روایی و پایایی در این پژوهش استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها ازطریق استراتژی تحلیل محتوی موضوعی و با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. یافته ها: با درنظر گرفتن حداکثر تنوع، بیشتر مصاحبه کنندگان مذکر، متاهل، دارای دکترای تخصصی علوم پایه پزشکی و بهداشت و از اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده های پزشکی و بهداشت بودند. پس از انجام مصاحبه ها و پیاده سازی آنها، تعداد 157 مولفه فرهنگی و فرهنگ سازمانی شناسایی و درقالب تعداد 17 مولفه اصلی و 140 مولفه فرعی دسته بندی شدند. نتیجه گیری: دیدگاه مصاحبه شوندگان درمطالعه حاضر توانست نقش این فرهنگ تلفیقی را در این دانشگاه بخوبی تبیین کند. لذا انتظار می رود این پژوهش بتواند به ریل گذاری فرهنگ سازمانی با استفاده از مولفه های فرهنگ ایرانی-اسلامی در دانشگاه کمک بسزایی نماید و باعث شود تا شوراهای فرهنگی دانشگاه در سطح صف و ستاد پویایی بیشتری پیدا کند.
of intellectual, ideological and moral transformation and the place of supply of new scientific and human values, is of great importance. Therefore, current research was aimed to explain the Iranian-Islamic culture components from the point of view of cultural elites with a qualitative approach.Methodology: The current research was conducted qualitatively with in-depth semi-structured interviews and with 15 elites and current and former cultural managers in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. In order to measure validity and reliability in this research, credibility, transferability, dependability and consistency, and conformability were used. In the line with the acceptability and homogeneity of the coding of the findings, the method of external peer check and case study were used. Data analysis was done through thematic content analysis strategy using MAXQDA software.Findings: Regarding maximum variation, most of the participatants were single, married, Ph.D in health and basic medical sciences, and worked in schools of Public Health and Medicine. After conducting and implementing of interview, 157 cultural and organizational culture components were identified and categorized into 17 main components and 140 secondary components. Conclusion: The inviewees’ point of view in the current study was able to explain of this integrated culture in this university. Therefore, it is expected that the results of this research will be able to establish the Iranian-Islamic culture by using these extracted components to make the cultural councils at the line and staff level more dynamic.
