چکیده:
سابقه و هدف:در سالهای اخیر، مفهوم سلامت معنوی در آموزش علوم پزشکی در جهان مورد توجه قرار گرفته در حالی که این موضوع در ایران آن چنان که باید، مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. لذا ضرورت ادغام رویکرد سلامت معنوی در نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی به عنوان یک اولویت احساس میگردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و تبیین دیدگاه اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم در مورد چالشها و ملزومات سلامت معنوی در آموزش دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام گرفته است.روش کار:در این مطالعه از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته با شش نفر از اساتید هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استفاده گردید. مصاحبهها با روش گرانهایم و لاند من مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافتهها:در تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، 3 طبقه و14زیر طبقه استخراج گردید. طبقه ضرورتهای آموزش سلامت معنوی شامل نیاز بیماران به سلامت معنوی، تاثیر معنویت بر آرامش و سلامت روان، جهانیبودن مراقبت معنوی، عبادت بودن درمان بیمار از منظر اسلام میباشد. طبقه چالشهای آموزش سلامت معنوی شامل چالشهای فرهنگی، بیماران، آموزشی، عملکردی(وظیفهای)، دانشجویان، اساتید و سیاستگذاری است. طبقه ملزومات آموزش سلامت معنوی نیز شامل طراحی راهنمای عملی، طراحی کوریکولوم و بسترسازی جهت اجرای سلامت معنوی میباشد.نتیجه گیری:بر اساس این بررسی به نظر میرسد آموزش سلامت معنوی به دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ضروری است. چالشهای متعددی در سطوح مختلف آموزش سلامت معنوی به این دانشجویان وجود دارد. دراین راستا احتمالا طراحی راهنمای عملی، طراحی کوریکولوم و بسترسازی جهت اجرای سلامت معنوی به پیاده سازی این موضوع کمک میکند.
Background:In recent years the concept of spiritual health in medical education in the world has been considered, while in Iran this issue has not been considered as it should be. Therefore, the need to integrate the spiritual health approach in the medical education system is felt as a priority. The aim of this study was to investigate and explain the views of professors of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences about the challenges and requirements of spiritual health in the education of medical students.method:In this study, qualitative content analysis and semi-structured interviews with six faculty members of the University of Medical Sciences were used. The interviews were analyzed using the Granheim and Landman method.findings:In data analysis, 3 classes and 14 subclasses were extracted. The needs of spiritual health education include patients' need for spiritual health, the impact of spirituality on peace and mental health, the universality of spiritual care, and the worship of the patient from the perspective of Islam. The category of spiritual health education challenges includes cultural, patient, educational, functional, student, faculty, and policy challenges. The requirements of spiritual health education include practical guide design, curriculum design, and platform for spiritual health.Conclusion:Based on this study, it seems that spiritual health education for medical students is essential. There are several challenges at different levels of spiritual health education for these students. In this regard, the design of a practical guide, curriculum design and bedding for spiritual health will probably help to implement thisissue.
