چکیده:
مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تبیین نقش واسطهای ویژگیهای شخصیتی در ارتباط با سبکهای فرزندپروری ادراک شده و هوش هیجانی نوجوانان دختر مقطع دبیرستان شهر شیراز بود. روش پژوهش: به این منظور از میان دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهر شیراز به 300 نفر دانش آموز که از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به سه پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی شات، فرزندپروری ادراک شده و فرم کوتاه ویژگیهای شخصیتی نئو پاسخ داده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مسیر به روش بارون و کنی و از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید. یافتهها: به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد فرزندپروری ادراک شده و ابعاد ویژگیهای شخصیت بر هوش هیجانی تاثیرمستقیم دارد. همچنین فرزندپروری ادراک شده بر ویژگیهای شخصیت تاثیرمستقیم دارد و نهایت اینکه ویژگیهای شخصیتی نقش واسطه گری معناداری بین سبکهای فرزندپروری ادراک شده و هوش هیجانی در بین نوجوانان دارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان گفت، بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی با سبک فرزندپروری ادراک شده و هوش هیجانی در نوجوانان دخترمقطع متوسطه شهر شیراز رابطه وجود دارد.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to explain the mediating role of personality traits in relation to perceived parenting styles and emotional intelligence of high school girls in Shiraz.Methods: For this purpose, 300 female high school students in Shiraz were selected by available sampling method and three questionnaires of emotional intelligence shot, perceived parenting and short form of neo personality traits were answered. To analyze the data, the path analysis method was used by Baron and Kenny method and SPSS software was used.Results: In general, the results showed that the dimensions of perceived parenting and the dimensions of personality traits have a direct effect on emotional intelligence. Perceived parenting also has a direct effect on personality traits, and finally, personality traits play a significant mediating role between perceived parenting styles and emotional intelligence among adolescents.Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be said that there is a relationship between personality traits with perceived parenting style and emotional intelligence in high school girls in Shiraz.
