چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز به دنبال استفاده بهینه از منابع کمیاب محیطی است و تاکید آن بر فلسفه، خطمشی و فعالیتهایی است که سازمانها را در رسیدن به اهداف سبز یاری میرساند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارایه مدل مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در بانک رفاه کارگران انجام گرفته است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) انجام گرفته و جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی عبارت بودند از اساتید، متخصصان و خبرگان در این حوزه و در بخش کمی، کلیه اساتید، کارکنان، مدیران و متخصصان در حوزه استراتژی منابع انسانی سبز. تعداد نمونه در بخش کیفی که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد، 12 نفر از اساتید، متخصصان و خبرگان و در بخش کمی، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 332 نفر از مدیران و معاونین بانک رفاه کارگران، انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل؛ مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته. در بخش کیفی به روش دلفی و از طریق کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS 16 و Smart PLS انجام گرفته است. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد همانگونه که ملاحظه شد، از مولفههایی که معرف شاخصهای استراتژی منابع انسانی سبز در بانک رفاه کارگران بود، به دلیل آنکه هیچ یک از مولفهها بار عاملی کمتر از ۰٫۳ نداشت، از روند تحلیل عاملی حذف نگردیدند و با توجه به اینکه کلیه گویههای باقیمانده بزرگتر از 6/0 بود، مدل مطلوب است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که، برنامهها و استراتژیهای منابع انسانی سبز به طور فزایندهای برای اجرای موفقیت آمیز استراتژیهای سبز و شیوههای مدیریت محیطی سازمانها ضروری تلقی میشود و در این الگو تایید شدهاند. در این الگو، استراتژی منابع انسانی مبتنی بر سه سطح فردی، تیمی و سازمانی تایید شده است.
Background and Aim: Green human resource management seeks to make optimal use of scarce environmental resources and its emphasis is on philosophy, policy and activities that help organizations achieve green goals. The present study aimed to present a green human resource management model in the Workers' Welfare Bank. Method: The present research was conducted by mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and the research community in the qualitative section consisted of professors, specialists and experts in this field and in the quantitative section, all professors, staff, managers and specialists in the field of human resources strategy. Green. In the qualitative section, which was purposefully selected, 12 professors, specialists and experts were selected, and in the quantitative section, 332 managers and deputies of the Workers' Welfare Bank were selected using the Cochran's formula. Research tools include; Semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. In the quality part, it has been done by Delphi method and through coding (open, axial and selective) using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. Results: The findings showed that, as observed, one of the components that represented the indicators of green human resources strategy in the Workers' Welfare Bank, because none of the components had a factor load of less than 0.3, was removed from the factor analysis process. They were not, and considering that all the remaining items were larger than 0.6, the model is desirable. Conclusion: The results showed that green human resource plans and strategies are increasingly essential for the successful implementation of green strategies and environmental management practices of organizations and in this model Confirmed. In this model, the human resources strategy is approved based on three levels: individual, team and organizational.
